The company partners with Microsoft and AWS, enabling comprehensive ArcGIS Enterprise implementations across leading hyperscaler platforms

Marketeering provided strategic AWS partner enablement and go-to-market consulting services to help strengthen our position within the AWS ecosystem and accelerate our partner growth initiatives. The scope of work included assessing our AWS partner readiness, building and organizing our ACE pipeline, improving co-sell processes, and aligning opportunities with AWS programs and best practices. The team also supported the preparation and organization of partner documentation, customer references, case studies, and supporting evidence required for AWS program participation and tier advancement. Key deliverables included AWS partner growth planning, co-sell readiness recommendations, ACE pipeline development, AWS funding guidance, marketplace positioning support, partner profile optimization, and competency roadmap planning. Marketeering also helped facilitate engagement with AWS stakeholders and provided ongoing strategic guidance to improve our visibility, credibility, and long-term growth within the AWS partner ecosystem. This engagement ultimately helped establish a strong foundation for future AWS competencies, funding initiatives, marketplace expansion, and co-sell opportunities while supporting our successful advancement to AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most significant outcome of the engagement was CyberTech successfully achieving AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status, which strengthened our credibility and visibility within the AWS ecosystem. Marketeering helped us establish a structured AWS ACE pipeline and improve our co-sell readiness through better opportunity alignment, documentation, and engagement processes. The team also streamlined our AWS partner enablement efforts by organizing customer references, case studies, and supporting evidence required for AWS program participation. In addition, the engagement provided a clear roadmap for future AWS growth initiatives, including competencies, marketplace expansion, funding opportunities, and co-sell activities. Their guidance improved our overall AWS partner maturity and positioned us to pursue additional AWS programs and strategic growth opportunities with greater confidence and efficiency.

Marketeering demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. They maintained clear communication, established regular check-ins, and ensured that key deliverables were completed on schedule. Their team was proactive in tracking progress, identifying next steps, and keeping AWS-related initiatives moving forward. They were highly responsive to our requests and adapted quickly as priorities evolved. Whether it involved ACE pipeline development, AWS program guidance, documentation preparation, funding discussions, or competency planning, the team consistently provided timely support and practical recommendations. What stood out most was their ability to act as an extension of our internal team. They remained engaged throughout the process, communicated effectively, and were always available to address questions, provide updates, and help remove roadblocks. Overall, they delivered their commitments on time and exceeded expectations in responsiveness and collaboration. 

Gunjan Bhatnagar and Shamli Sharma were very prompt and diligent in handling our project.Thier proactivness helped us reach the Advanced Tier in AWS.

What impressed us most was Marketeering’s deep understanding of the AWS partner ecosystem and their ability to translate complex AWS programs and requirements into clear, actionable plans. Rather than providing generic consulting, they took a hands-on approach and worked closely with our team to help us navigate partner enablement, co-sell readiness, AWS program alignment, and growth planning. Their responsiveness and commitment to our success also stood out. The team consistently acted as an extension of our organization, proactively identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and providing guidance whenever needed. Most importantly, they combined strategic insight with practical execution. Their support was instrumental in helping us achieve AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status while also establishing a strong foundation for future competencies, funding initiatives, marketplace growth, and AWS co-sell engagement.

There were multiple levels to this partnership acceleration, every step they were very helpful clearing doubts and figuring out what the next steps were. Marketeering does a good job with enablement and accelerating the process as they have dedicated teams to help put together everything you need.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since there are multiple layers to partnership acceleration process, we have this additional team to help go through the processes much quicker and when we work together as a team the whole process gets split and is much easier to help accelerate the process.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

It got off an a rocky start but that would have been the case with any enablement process in the beginning, as both parties are trying to understand the working process. Eventually, we were able to find a balance and now with a very collaborative process, and a well put together team we have acheived some of the deliverables in the pipeline. Thank you Marketeering!

The fact that they are based in Chandigarh and we were able to collaborate very effeciently virtually, and make ends meet is what is impressive.
