Deep Understanding of Requirements: There were instances where the initial understanding of our requirements needed refinement, leading to some rework. A more thorough discovery phase could prevent such occurrences.

A complete re-write of an outdated software programme. 

This required the team to gain a full understanding of the existing functionallity, and replicate this in a new plaform right from database level to the user interface. Modifications were suggested and implemented along the way to improve functionallity and user expereince.

A fully functioning system with very noticable improvements in speed and security

The initial project time was increased, however this was due to additional complexities added to the scope of work.

We required more focus on the back end systems rather than end user interface - but that was unique to our project. Understandably most projects do require a lot of attention to the user interfaces so their priorities are correctin that sense.

A lot of the testing was left up to the client only. Many minor bugs could have been identified before handing over to us for quality testing

Project scope was to design, develop, deploy and maintain our portal. We enable prescribers to order specialty medicines for their patients in a simple and efficient way and also helps their patients to receive their drugs 10x faster with minimal effort. Project required two way integration with common prescription software systems like BestRx, and PrimeRx. The software needed to be HIPPA compliant with data and processes.

Within the first few months of launch we were able to onboard several practices on the platform while additional feature development was underway. This establishes that the platform's architecture was extensible and new feature development became a quick and easy affair.
