Mango Coders partnered with Marijuana Anonymous World Services to design, rebuild, and launch the MA App 2.0, a modern recovery-focused mobile application for iOS and Android, and we will be working with them for subsequent launches. Their scope of work included migrating from an older framework to a stable, scalable React Native platform, integrating custom APIs, and creating an accessible user experience that reflects MA’s mission. Key deliverables included: 

• Figma Prototypes from their Design Team and Design changes with Video Meetings to discuss more complex changes Trello Board Approval Process for Ticketed Changes New MA App 2.0 (iOS & Android): Complete rebuild with a clean, intuitive design and faster performance to replace outdated software in fast track timeline Meeting Finder Integration using I-Frame In-App Search Functionality 
• Sobriety Counter: Interactive tool for members to track and celebrate their recovery milestones with Milestone Chips and Confetti Literature Library: In-app access to MA books, pamphlets, and daily reflections in both calendar and e-book formats integration 
• Resource & Media Tools: Centralized library of readings, pamphlets, and fellowship materials Donorbox Integration: Built-in support for secure 7th Tradition contributions
• Content Management System: Backend structure enabling MA World Services to update content without developer intervention 
• Testing & Launch Support: End-to-end QA testing, app store submission, and guidance through approval processes on both Google Play and Apple App Store. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Completed Development Phase: The full rebuild of the MA App 2.0 for iOS and Android was delivered on schedule, meeting all agreed technical requirements.
• Successful Migration: Core features we wanted migrated were used and upgraded to React Native Framework for long-term scalability
• Feature Readiness: Key tools such as the Meeting Finder, Sobriety Counter, Literature Library, and Donorbox integration have been fully built and tested
• Testing Progress: The app has gone through multiple rounds of QA, including trustee and fellowship tester groups, with bugs tracked, logged, and resolved systematically.

Mango Coders were highly responsive and professional throughout the development of the MA App 2.0. They delivered milestone items on time and clearly communicated progress at every stage of the project. When new needs arose, such as adjustments to features, content management, or design refinements, they responded quickly with solutions and kept the project moving forward. 
Their ability to adapt to our fellowship’s unique requirements and manage technical complexity with clarity gave us confidence in their work.

Our President Trustee even exclaimed in the fellowship’s Discord one day, “Wow, Mango Coders are true professionals!” — which perfectly captured the appreciation felt across our team.

• Designed, developed, and deployed the MVP for Descripio.com, a platform that helps Amazon sellers enhance product content through automated scraping, analysis, and AI-driven suggestions.
• Enabled secure and scalable connectivity with Amazon’s SP-API, allowing authenticated sellers to fetch, edit, and push product descriptions and A+ content directly from the platform.
• Set up and maintained automated deployment workflows, staging/production environments, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, fast iterations, and secure scaling of the platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully launched the MVP of Descripio.com, integrated the Amazon SP-API for secure product management, and built a stable CI/CD and DevOps infrastructure. These milestones enabled a functional platform launch, fast development cycles, and scalable operations, demonstrating clear project success. We now have a very usable and helpful WebApp and a Chrome PlugIn for Descripio.

Their project management was highly effective. They consistently delivered milestones on time and were very responsive to our needs, quickly adapting to changing priorities and providing proactive solutions to any challenges we faced.

I’m the marketing and technology manager for Scott Exteriors, a roofing, siding, and window contractor.

What challenge were you trying to address with MangoCoders?

We needed to rebuild our website to look more modern and put it into our hands instead of a marketing company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MangoCoders took our old website and recreated all the pages to have a modern, more streamlined appearance. They used WordPress and Elementor and added the necessary API references and webhooks. At the end, they fully relinquished the website files to us so we could control them.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a full team.

How did you come to work with MangoCoders?

MangoCoders showed proficiency in the WordPress framework we needed, called Elementor. They had thousands of sites done in that framework and had real, live examples of websites they had built.

Another reason we chose MangoCoders over the competition was their genuine message when they first reached out. It wasn’t written by AI and showed a touch in wanting to work for us. The rest of the competition used bots to talk to us at first.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–October 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We divided the milestones by the number of pages built. The final milestone was making sure all our code snippets worked and relinquishing the site.

How did MangoCoders perform from a project management standpoint?

They were extremely punctual, often finishing milestones in one day, receiving feedback, and coming back the next day with the feedback already implemented. We communicated via Discord and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their speed and comprehension of what we needed were remarkable. Although not every site they made was for a contractor, they showed a really good understanding of how a contractor works.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I only wished they had been more confident in their design and creative choices.
