I am the Membership Director / CFO of Pro Rhetoric

Pro Rhetoric publishes Vital Speeches of the Day magazine, and a sister publication called VitalSpeeches International. Pro Rhetoric also convenes the Professional Speechwriters Association as well as the Executive Communication Council and Higher Education Leadership Council. We hold an annual conference and multiple training workshops for communicators.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Malone Media staff worked with our team and the venue team to confirm all our audio visual requirements and how to achieve a seamless experience in multile presentation rooms.

Sessions in both presentation rooms were also recorded and edited to allow us to post the content for on-demand distribution on our website.

Malone Media also executed the live video stream for the primary presentation room (two days).

Included during the preparation process, a review of all speaker presentation needs was performed and they met with speakers directly when necessary to ensure all requirements cound be properly executed. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success is measured by reliable live streaming across all sessions, strong virtual attendance, seamless integration between in-room and remote audiences, high viewer engagement through chat participation, and timely delivery of on-demand recordings for continued attendee access after the event.

Project Management by all the Malone Media staff was excellent from the time the contract was signed to when the final files were provided. 

Questions were quickly answered and we always felt like we could contact them to clarify any question.
