The campaign has delivered measurable improvements in both reach and engagement. We've seen a noticeable increase in response rates through calls and inquiries generated from the postcards, along with improved lead quality from the targeted mailing lists. There's also a clear boost in website traffic during the campaign period. While they offer helpful tracking guidance, having more automated or comprehensive reports during the campaign could make it easier to monitor performance and adjust strategy on the fly.

We needed help with targeted direct mail marketing targeting dental practices around our area. We didn’t have much information about it, so our aim was to tell dental practices about 4Smile.

The team has handled all the campaign’s aspects, including the mailing list, printing, design, postage, and tracking. The campaign’s goal is to target dental practices within Orange County, California, to let them know about 4Smile and its relaunch.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MailPros USA’s work has given us great results. Dentists have reached out to us, with some already having information about our solution, so the conversation has been easier. The campaign has been better than a direct approach, which has been very helpful and generated great sales in terms of our SaaS solution.We’ve been very clear about our goals since the campaign’s relaunch. We don’t have the budget for Google Ads or social media, and our audience isn’t there, so all the leads we’ve gotten have been from this channel initially. Currently, we have 500 active dental practices using our software and relevant solutions, and we’ve gotten more than 5,000 inquiries through multiple channels.Moreover, our response rate has been much better than usual. We’ve sent more than 30,000 mails (multi-touch), and 5,000 of those have been inquiries.

How did MailPros USA perform from a project management standpoint?

MailPros USA is very flexible and always delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way they align with our budget constraints and requirements is impressive. MailPros USA is quite eager and confident that the campaign will generate results, which gives us confidence that it will work. The team has taken over the project entirely.
