Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of Art of the Eye Studios, which specializes in documentary, product and travel photography.

For what projects/services did your company hire Magma, and what were your goals?

We were starting out and we hired Magma to do brand concept, logo design and brand strategy for us as we launched into the market.

They were recommended by a colleague who had some design work done by them.

They begun with a discovery meeting in which they established my needs and scope of work i needed done. After we had agreed on the details, I signed the contract and the work began. The final deliverable was logo designs and brand strategy documents.

I worked with one project manager and a designer assigned to my project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because of the project our company was able to get a professional look , which enabled us to land two projects immediately after that.

The project was broken down in various phases and we had weekly update meetings to discuss the designs and provide feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They pay close attention to my needs while walking me through the process of defining the vision of my business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked if they offered support after the project was done to implement the brand strategy they had recommended or include it in the branding package.
