We measure success by monitoring our customer engagements. Before Magic Creative, our production was only a month ahead. Now, our production is busy up to January next year.

They’ve done great with our digital marketing, so we’re still working with them. We’re receiving more inquiries than before, and projects are coming to realization. Since our website came live, we receive much more inquiries from clients.

They're very professional and straightforward with communication. If they know something will be delayed, they tell us right away. Plans are usually accurate, so we know what to expect. Overall, we’re satisfied with their work; they're always on time.

Our company operates on a 24-hour basis, so we receive bookings at any time of the day and night. If anything goes wrong, I can easily reach out to them, and they will resolve the problem immediately. Also, they’re not afraid to tell me to make changes when things aren’t working properly.

For communication, we use phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. I also occasionally visit their office in Bulgaria.

Magic Creative team has become an integral part of my company indeed. 

Our team work starts online with them every morning deciding together which products we will choose for the current advert campaign. They can agree or disagree, giving a reason why. Then they do the rest of it - the copywriting, the whole design of the advert, choose the right auditory and based on the data they have, they run all the advertisements, finding the proper budget.

On a weekly basis, they plan which product how, where and when to be published involving a Newsletter, facebook posts, Google ads etc. After a few days I have all the info of how my products “have presented” in the campaigns so I can now plan the future production. It is like a machine that works smoothly and the most important efficiently. I cannot imagine doing whatever on my websites without discussing it with them…we are even together into pricing..   

Magic Creative helps me plan which new markets I can enter into, how to prepare for them and when is the right time; they help me make sure my websites are optimised properly. In fact, they are responsible for all of my marketing needs. Their team is not that big but that pays back because we have a direct contact to every member of the staff so this outcomes as a nonstop process and a communication that is a key instrument they use a lot.

4 more guys that are top notch to make our ad designs, take care of the SEO, make always original and emotional copywriting etc. A big heart for all of the team. And team here means family.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

What Magic Creative Agency did for our business is not something I can describe briefly in a review and what stands for digital for others, here means digital & dynamic. The experienced staff made us ride the wave and never stop since the beginning of our partnership. We have increased our net profit at least 2 times for the first 6 months and ever since that rising has proved to be sustainable.

One year later Maxifashion has become a recognisable brand through all the markets we entered. One year later we doubled our production. One year later we hired new employees. We celebrated our first year together on 1st October, 2020. On that date thanks to the professional work and support of Magic Creative Agency, my company started its new project - building our own fulfilment and administrative centre so we can ship worldwide. For 3 months we conducted an online survey of the best digital agencies in the country. We also consulted many of our partners who referred to us exactly Magic Creative. Each of the agencies presented us with a development project. It was a difficult decision for us, but in the end we trusted Magic Creative, because their proposal for the development of our brand was the best.

First of all Magic Creative made a detailed reference for all similar to ours products, as well as their way of advertising. After the analysis, we changed our website and Facebook page recommended by the agency. Magic Creative creates for us a totally new vision for our advertising and designed multi-channel strategy for reaching our goals. They formed a group on Viber with me and communication with the agency team was extremely fast and flexible. Everyone could express their opinion or ideas there. The traffic to our website has increased many times over. From Social marketing point of view /Facebook and Instagram/ we increased a lot the number of followers. From a commercial point of view, our sales have increased several times.

The group they created at Viber was extremely effective. It was extremely easy to work with our account manager. Also I had constant contact with the owner of the agency by phone, including on weekends or late hours. Final approvals for the vision of the advertising campaign are made via email very quickly.

Magic Creative is a team of young people with very innovative thinking. They approach each task extremely professionally and are ready to defend their positions when they know they are on the right track. We learned a lot of things about advertising from them and I'm grateful that they don't stop teaching us every day.

Since beginning our work with Magic Creative, sales have increased by 70%. We increased the number of customers returning to the site and managed to keep regular customers. Magic Creative created a successful consumer funnel so as to increase our new visitors and keep returnees. Our main metric is conversion rate, they increased it with 2%.

Our account manager always answers all our questions. We discuss all future campaigns together. We use viber, e-mail, telephone for communication. I was impressed by the easy and pleasant communication with the whole team of Magic Creative.

They are really very creative, organized and effective. They managed to achieve the set goals, which were not easy at all, because changing the reputation, which has been built for 30 years, is very difficult. From Social marketing point of view we increased twice the number of followers, 35% more purchases on our shared hosting services and 5% increase of market share.

From a Google perspective, we were able to raise our Quality Score for ad campaigns, increase our CTR by 20%, and reduce our cost per click by 25%. As a result of these improvements, we reached more customers for the target budget and generated 17% more sales

The connection was extremely smooth. We were looked after by an account manager who distributed tasks between the entire team of Magic Creative Team and monitored their implementation. We received a 24/7 support on weekends and a very fast response to our inquiries.
