Maghraut Technologies has provided end-to-end digital marketing, lead management, and hospitality technology solutions for our resort. Their scope of work includes streamlining our IT infrastructure, optimizing our marketing strategies, and implementing a comprehensive property management system (PMS).

The key deliverables include a booking engine, lead management system, POS, event management module, and integrations with multiple OTAs and third-party platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, WhatsApp, and email services. They also support the overall digital transformation of our operations, helping us improve efficiency, lead conversion, and the guest booking experience.

Maghraut Technologies is responsible for the end-to-end solution architecture, deployment, and system integration. Their team has developed a centralized hospitality management ecosystem, automated key operational workflows, and established data synchronization across multiple sales and communication channels. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project has resulted in improved operational efficiency, reduced manual workload, and better visibility across reservations, guest communications, and sales channels. The centralized system has streamlined day-to-day operations, while the integrated lead management and booking workflows have helped improve response times, lead tracking, and overall conversion rates. The seamless connectivity between platforms has also enhanced data accuracy and reporting capabilities.

Following the implementation, we’ve observed a noticeable improvement in operational efficiency and lead management. Response times to guest inquiries have decreased by approximately 40%, while lead conversion rates have improved by around 20%–25% due to better tracking and follow-up automation.
