I’m the president of Tikka N’ Curry, a restaurant in Chicago, IL.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mad Result?

We hired Mad Result to help us with digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mad Result uses the documentation we provided to manage the digital side of our business, which includes social media marketing, digital advertising, and web designing. They create the content for our social media accounts, which they also monitor. Typically, Mad Result runs social media marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. They also run our Facebook Ads. 

What is the team composition?

We work with four teammates from Mad Result, including the two partners and two content creators. 

How did you come to work with Mad Result?

I found Mad Result on Clutch when I searched for agencies in Mumbai, India. I browsed their reviews and reached out to Mad Result because their reviews were excellent. I did reach out to other firms I found on Clutch, but Mad Result was the best fit for our project. 

How much have you invested with them?

We pay Mad Result a $2,000 monthly retainer. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Mad Result began in August 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We were a brand new company when we brought Mad Result on, and now we’re making $40,000–$50,000 a month in sales. In just 7–8 months, we’ve gone from no sales revenue to $50,000.  

How did Mad Result perform from a project management standpoint?

Mad Result has good project management. Typically, we communicate through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. Every few days, we have phone conference calls with Mad Result’s team to discuss the content we need to post.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Mad Result has excellent communication — they always ask the right questions to ensure the content encapsulates our message. Also, their team is very creative. They’re delivering amazing creative content for our social media accounts.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for Mad Result to improve — the project is going very well. However, I do think Mad Result should expand their marketing outreach program. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise customers to lay out a clear direction for their project to follow so Mad Result can execute it effectively. Customers need to have a clear vision of where they want to be in 5–6 months.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mad Result?

I hired them to promote my logo design services on social media, and I also work with them on projects for my clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mad Result is providing social media marketing for my clients and myself, mainly on Facebook and Google. This includes content creation and paid advertising. I handle most of the organic part. They don’t use any content scheduling platforms.

What is the team composition?

I’ve coordinated with three people from Mad Result, mostly with Abhishek (Founder).

How did you come to work with Mad Result?

They worked for a client of mine. I was doing design, and Mad Result was doing social media work. That project went well, so we got in touch after that.

How much have you invested with them?

The first campaign cost 500,000 Indian rupees, and the current one is 200,000 rupees. The total cost of their services is around 700,000 Indian rupees (approximately $9,590 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

My campaign started in April or May 2020, and our relationship is ongoing. Our latest project started two months ago.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Mad Result’s work is amazing. They’re really results-oriented, as the name of the company suggests. They’re my go-to for any kind of social media marketing, and I refer them to all my clients and friends. They exceed expectations.

I’d been looking for a good marketing agency for a long time, but most were too expensive for me. Mad Result does a good job, and they’re not too expensive.

How did Mad Result perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on time. We communicate through phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The results they deliver are impressive. I’ve hired other social media companies in the past, and Mad Result stands out in terms of knowledge and results delivered.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

When working with any credible marketing agency, it’s important to define goals clearly. If expectations are clear, Mad Result will work around those very well and deliver the desired results.

I’m the director of Design Brewery, a design agency. We provide services in branding, UI/UX for websites and apps, and we also provide digital marketing services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mad Result?

We needed help with lead generation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We use their help during our campaigns for lead generation. We were trying to explore the economies of the U.S., Singapore, Dubai, along with India which is where we needed his help because we have been working mostly in India. We needed their expertise to get us a better foothold in these other countries. He helped us from conceptualizing what the creatives should be, what the tonality should be, what kind of communication we should be trying, what exact services we should be showcasing, and which projects might look better on our campaign. He also ran the campaigns for us.

Since we’re a design agency ourselves, we didn’t ask them to work on the creatives but rather for which tonality should be used. For example, they recommended brighter colors, shorter copies, more catchy copies, logos to be displayed on the creatives to grab people’s attention, etc.

I only interacted with Abhishek (Founder).

How did you come to work with Mad Result?

He had a very good understanding of the route to be taken and what kind of results we can expect. He was very clear about it. That gave me confidence in him. He said if we run the campaign for so many days, we’d get approximately a certain number of leads, how many would be quality, and how many might not be that useful. He was crisp and clear from day one.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent 70,000 rupees (approximately $1,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October-November 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We got around 280 leads in the span of a month. Quite a few of the leads were quality leads. We have been reaching out to the leads and a lot of them are in process. Hopefully, we’ll be able to convert a few of them very soon. I think the conversion is going to be good. The objective of this exercise was to get a good number of leads to recover our investment and also make a good amount of profit. They have done this well.

How did Mad Result perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is perfect. I haven’t had to follow-up. They would call and ask how the quality of leads has been. They would call us after a week and would tweak the campaign a bit so that the lead quality would be better. They’d check in again to see if it has improved.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their transparency has been most impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve been happy with the engagement. We’re going to start another project with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very transparent about what you’re looking for, how much conversion, and in which locations and let them guide you on what should be the way forward.
