We've wanted to create a job board for specialized target group. Mad Mountain have helped us to make this project realistic. They were responsible for a code and training ours junior developers. The goal was to make this site with a lot of features in only 6 months.

We got a contact to Mad Mountain team from recommendations. And we are glad to found them like that. Before we've made a decisions to cooparate with Mad Mountain, we had made a lot of inreviews with others companies. Mad Mountain won because of they specialized and big team and practical approach to the project.

First of all, we had a kick-off meeting where we described project area and map flow. After that we decided in which methodics we want to work. We've diveded project into two-weeks iterations. Mad mountain reccomended the best and developing technologies which will suits the most to our site and it was: laravel and react + next.js.

We've made a great site in only 6 months, which was a really big thing. The job board works properly and we got a lot of new clients in short time, because the project was made in good way.

Project Management was in our side. We invited Mad Mountain developers to work with us through monday.com. We made daily, short meetings and sometimes we made also longer meetings to solve problems. We divided our project into two-weeks iterations which was started by planning meetings and was stopped by summary meetings. Beyond of meetings we chated through Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fast problem solving! For them there was no problems or challanges. Everything was to make and only sky was the limit. They asked a needed questions which helped us to develop our project and business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are satisfied with their work.

Mad Mountain have built and maintained for us the fitadept.com service (web application) as well as its android and iOS mobile applications. Our goal was to deliver robust web platform in a tight start-up budget and migrate all of our database from old system.

We have had positive work experience with CTO knowing that he can deliver good and scalable product.

It was a full custom software development project covering web application, Android and iOS app. Mad Mountain migrated all of the data from our previous custom made system to a new version built by them.

Our solution is a wide scale ‘e-commerce like’ platform for trainers and video web content. Technologies mostly used were React and Laravel (including React Native)

This is an ongoing software development project which covers at least 2 developers and 1 project manager capacity, even higher depending on the needs.

Our platform scope has grown over the time while we worked with Mad Mountain, for example we have added new services. Projects were always delivered on time within the budget.

We work together in Scrum methodology which allows for quick project scope adjustments based on our needs.

Company is super responsive, fast to engage in given problems. Also offers consulting in every aspect of new development.

They are willing to adjust development plans to the current needs. Sometimes they could push back to do not change development plans.

Mad Mountain built a new version of the Depilacja.pl platform, replacing our previous CMS-based website with a dedicated system tailored to the needs of the largest laser hair removal salon chain in Poland. 

The project included an e-commerce platform, client panel, admin panel, and salon panel used by our teams across Poland and Great Britain. Mad Mountain handled complex challenges such as multi-market operations, booking and payments, data migration, custom CMS development, and onboarding users from different departments and salon locations. 

What stands out most is that our cooperation with Mad Mountain has now lasted four years. Since the initial launch, we have gone through many iterations of the product together, continuously improving the platform and adapting it to new business needs. 

Their technical quality, responsiveness, and ability to understand our operations gave us a lot of confidence. Mad Mountain proved themselves so well during this cooperation that we decided to entrust them with further projects for other companies in our group.

The project consisted of creating a web app and mobile apps available on several markets, in many languages, and on 4 platforms (Android, iOS, Huawei, Samsung) After initial consultations we decided on using React Native for the mobile app as it allowed us to grow on all platforms using a single code base. Additionally the project had to be supported by a multitude of scrapers allowing for detection and immediate implementation of newest promotional leaflets from the main retail chains.
