Word of mouth. I had really great feedback from friends.

I contacted them and we instantly book a phone calll. Once they understood my needs, we set a date to book the shoot. It took about 2-3 weeks for them to fully execute the project.

Their pictures turned out to be popular on our social medias! So I guess it’s a good thing.

The quality of their gear and cameras.

I would say, the logistic part of it. They could (maybe) include in their quote the shipping of goods when they are done working on the project.

I have met Louis from Machiavel Studios few day ago in a corporate event. It's like when the Creatures meet the Black Sheep.

We're a automotive dealership located in Chambly and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. I was in charge of the social media at that time and was mandated to create a video ad.

we needed someone to film and edit a professionnal video that really represented the professionnalism and family-style of the company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I herd about him trough a contact of mine, I check out his previous videos and was mind blown. I really wanted to work with Machiavel

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

I wanted to be personnally invested in the making of the video. I had a clear vision of what I wanted and I wanted to be able to implement it while having the skills and insights of an expert. I created a detailed plan of what I wanted in each scene, and explain what I expected in terms of camera work if needed. Machiavel never made me feel as I was too much or anything, they were really attentive and gave me ideas when needed, and got my approval everytime they shot something that they knew was important to me. they were spot on on how to deal with me and it was great

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Louis and it didn't take much time to get feedbacks after the filming. we worked on 2-3 versions until we got our final product.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our video was to put out there 2 mechanics that are well known amongst our clientele. We wanted real people for our ads, people that our customers will recognize and be surprised to see acting in an ad! We received so many good words on it, we were very happy with the results and still to this day they are recognize as the mechanics who shot a video!

It was really easy to communicate with Louis, he was very flexible and openminded. I never had to wait on him or have to send follow-up emails. he was always on top of his game

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

the quality of the camera work, I mean, they really are incredible! I was also impress by the down-to-earth style of Louis. Some companies can have you feel as you are just a project, an income. It really felt that they knew how important it was to us and went with it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

really, i'll say no. I still watch the ad sometimes and feel as proud as I was back then.
