In order to increase the effectiveness and accuracy of our computer vision-based pallet and label detection machine learning models—which are essential to the Digital Warehouse Shipment Software installed at a client's location in the US—we teamed up with Macgence.  When carriers picked up outgoing pallets at the warehouse dock doors, our models were built to recognize them and record information from shipment labels.

The complete AI trip planner development for our Niqo App is difficult because we have a very restricted budget to produce a full AI planning system that requires extremely exact and dependable outcomes for consumers to rely on. 

The entire work was scoped within the web app to reduce costs, but we still need to test back and forth for the best AI generated material with our back-end unique prompt system. 

The Macgence's team assisted with the entire development process, including coding, debugging, and being very patient with whatever requests we made. After 5 months of development, the entire AI system was successfully constructed, and they also assisted in making the web-app compatible with our iOS and Android apps.

The entire web application is incredibly fluid and fully compatible with mobile apps. The AI results are improved to ensure precision. With the map integration, the overall product is quite user-friendly. The Macgence's team overcame the biggest difficulty, which was a complicated and unique prompt system. 

Finally, the AI system has been completed successfully, and user feedback from the beta test has left them impressed.
