1. We started with a landing page analysis (best video placement options, define video goals, give recommendations and adjustments to the landing page) so that the video makes sense and converts better on our landing page. 
2. Research phase - vendor made a complex research to prepare for the scriptwriting phase 
3. Scriptwriting - they delivered script 
4. Storyboard - we received a storyboard 
5. Voiceover - we got to select from range of VO artists to record the script 6) Animation and sound - we received the final video. Key deliverables = 1 min animated video

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our landing page got better conversions and benefits from lower bounce rates. That was probably also thanks to the landing page audit they made prior to the video production.

We had a couple of Zoom calls at the beginning to set expectations and clear goals. Then we communicated via email. All the stages of a video were delivered as expected.

It was their deep knowledge of websites and landing pages that impressed us. The landing page audit and research before the scriptwriting phase were most likely the reason we got better results on the landing page as a whole. I haven’t seen any video production company have this comprehensive and “ROI-focused” process. At least I haven’t seen one in this price range.

We presented the video to our software partners and they were happy with the result. It now lives on our website and multiple landing pages as well as being used in marketing. Engagement hs been positive.

Daily updates and expectations were presented, I met with Mahn via video call and the rest of the project was handled by email. The outline was provided clearly in the beginning and each step was exactly as expected from their brief.

The schedule should take 4 weeks but this does not include staff holidays or if an integral person is away. That being said, there was always clear communication with these delays.

An app that allows users to track and monitor the impact of the choices they make, specifically when avoiding single use plastics.
