The clearest measures are independent recognition and traffic:

• The site was recognised by five independent juries: an Awwwards Honorable Mention, an FWA Site of the Day, an Orpetron Site of the Day, a feature in the GSAP Showcase, and four awards from CSS Design Awards, where it took Website of the Day plus the UI, UX and Innovation categories with a judges' score of 8.04.
• In the first month after launch, the main product page recorded around 50 thousand views.
• Beyond the numbers, it gave us something we did not have before: a credible way to explain a broad and technical product range to non-technical buyers, and a foundation we can build on as we expand into new markets.

• Their project management was hands-on and personal rather than heavily formalised.
• We had direct access to the designer, the content and CMS lead and the account lead throughout, and questions were usually answered quickly.
• When something was easier to show than to write, they recorded a short video instead of sending a paragraph, which saved both sides a lot of time.
• They responded well to our needs. They tended to present options rather than a single proposal, explained the reasoning behind their recommendations, and asked us for specifics when our feedback was too vague to act on, which we valued more than polite agreement.
• On timing, this was an ambitious project and the schedule flexed as the creative direction took shape.
• For a project of this length, our one suggestion would be a single shared tracker for open points and approvals. We worked across several channels, and that would have kept both sides aligned with less effort.

Microsite - Agent-Centric Shopping Experience:
Their designer led the design and user research for an entirely new RV shopping experience built around conversational AI. The hypothesis was that an agent-first, guided approach would reduce friction compared to traditional product catalogs. They designed the full experience, conducted user research, and set up A/B testing frameworks to measure conversion lift (targeting 15%+ improvement in sales lead rate).

Their frontend developer helped build out the responsive microsite experience that works seamlessly across mobile and desktop. The microsite went live with a 50/50 traffic split test, and we're now measuring engagement and conversion metrics to validate the approach and iterate. 

Agent Refresh - Core Chat Redesign:
The designer created a complete redesign of our core chat experience—the primary conversion point where website visitors become sales leads. This wasn't just a visual refresh; it was a rethinking of how we guide users through the qualification and lead capture process.

The developer implemented the frontend, bringing the new chat interface and conversion flow to life across our platform.

After one week of testing with a 50/50 traffic split, we're seeing strong early signals:

- Overall conversion lift: +15.2%(Button View → Lead Rate improved from 0.55% to 0.63%)
- Desktop performance: +41.5% lift with 96% statistical confidence - exceeding our 10% improvement hypothesis
- Banner engagement: +29.5% increase in click-through rate (highly significant at >99% confidence)
- Net impact: +30 additional leads in the first week (+17% increase)

The desktop results are statistically significant and we're continuing to monitor mobile performance as we gather more data. The team designed, implemented, and instrumented the full experiment - from hypothesis to measurement framework.

Microsite - Agent-Centric Shopping Experience:
After four weeks of testing, we're still iterating and learning:

- Overall treatment group: +9% conversion lift (0.77% → 0.84%)

It makes doctor scheduling easier, monitors inventory, and optimizes logistics with warehouses. By the way, the team offered to incorporate invoice management functionality which was actually something that made a difference in our internal work.
