The team’s efforts streamlined our company’s sales, improving both our product and service offerings. Also, the placement of the contact form is excellent. Over 50 new customers reached out to us through the new website in the first month of the launch, whereas the previous website did not generate any new customer contacts.

We got help in developing internal software to streamline our medical services. Now it’s already in use and works super fast. It makes doctor scheduling easier, monitors inventory, and optimizes logistics with warehouses. By the way, the team offered to incorporate invoice management functionality which was actually something that made a difference in our internal work.

We don’t have to worry if we lose some important information or not every day. All the invoices and client information is kept now in separate spaces, it’s really useful for the doctors as well as for the receptionists. It improves the efficiency of the work of the whole clinic.

We received the updates daily. I was actually interested to get them as the PM at Lynksen has a really cool sense of humor.
