I like the fact that Lyfe Marketing knows then entire gambit of building websites, pay per click AdWords, and social media marketing. I felt that since they knew and were well recognized as being a top company in all things internet they would be able to understand my challenges and most able to recommend a strategy that would accomplish my goals.

I wanted to create and send a monthly newsletter as well ad a campaign for advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These were the 3 big things I set my goal for, but was always just to busy to get to these projects and complete them consistently myself.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I really only interface with my Project Manager, Batoul, who has been excellent is all regards. Anything I have needed from Lyfe Marketing she always takes care of for me. Whether it is changing ad graphics, starting a new campaign, ideas for newsletters what have you she is on top of it and in a timely fashion. I actually don't need to work with anyone else from Lyfe Marketing as long as I have Batoul.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My results have been outstanding. With Lyfe's help I have been able to reduce my ad spend and increase my sales. Last month I had ROA's of 1.55 & 2.35 meaning we made double what we spent on Ads. How can you argue with those results?

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It is so simple working with Lyfe. My Project Manager Batoul emails me 2 times a month after we had an established relationship. She sends me my results from last month on Ad spends and results along with what my email campaign has generated. Then I get another email in regards to the next months email campaigns ideas, outline, and suggestions. I chose what direction I want to go in and we are done.

It work very smoothly with just a little effort. They handle all the layout and designs. Then they will submit a preview before distribution for my approval. They are very organized and fast!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I'm most surprised by in working with Lyfe is I think they underrepresent their ability to preform. I think they go way above and beyond and actually beat any expectations I have had for them. They consistently outperform what I actually expect. I really think they are one of the best if not the best at what they do.

I don't have any suggestions for improvement. I think they just need to keep doing exactly what they are doing.

This puts me at ease and makes the process actually relaxing and fun.

They send out a calendar with the posts they are suggesting. I review it and make a few suggested changes and normally not very many at all. They make the changes and let me know to review them to make sure it's what we want.
