The project was a complete redesign of my personal website, hrnandez.com, built on Framer. We started with a previous HR consulting identity and needed something that reflected my current positioning as an executive coach. The work included redesigning the main sections—hero, About, testimonials, and contact—with several rounds of adjustments to structure, typography, and visual hierarchy. A content management system (CMS) was integrated so I could publish and update readings and news without relying on a developer. The technical migration of the domain was also completed, connecting HostGator with Framer, and the site was optimized for mobile, including image and readability adjustments for small screens. As part of the process, there was a professional photoshoot, the photos of which were integrated into the site, and a detailed, section-by-section review with several design iterations until we arrived at the final version.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site launched on time, with its own domain and without delays despite several rounds of adjustments. The CMS is now operational, allowing me to update content without relying on a developer—one of my core objectives. The result reflects my current positioning as an executive coach, something the previous version no longer conveyed.

Felipe: main contact, resolved every adjustment quickly and contributed his own ideas until the end of the project. Catalina: as the studio owner, put in extra hours without being on contract, despite the pricing plan I chose. Chris: handled scope adjustments clearly and in good faith. Overall: the same level of attention in round ten as in the first.

We already had the name, logo and basic elements of the brand. Also, the storytelling and tone of voice we wanted to use. Lupa made sure those where integrated in a new web that reflected the soul, adn and services we provide.
They designed the web, made a re-branding of the color palette and assets, defined 3 types of decks structure and made a Brand Guider Platform so we can have an easier and clearer use of the brand. Also, they added on that guide AI promts so we can design some assets our own in case we need them.

Cant share this yet since we have not officially launched the web.

The team respected the timings proposed and also adapted to some adjustments we have to do internally. Everything went as planned.

They truly understood the challenge of Memorable as well as the identity and value we want to share. They were very professional on the delivery of the deliverables and also open to integrate our feedback.
Also I find very possitive that the assigned team was not only senior proffessionally, but very kind to work with. People who knew how to listen the customer, understand the pains and care about the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lupa Studio could have done differently?

I think in general the work is great!! The only feedback I would give is that they work with many different tools in their deliverables and it can be confussing for someone who does not work with those...

Some things are handeled in notion, one platform for the proposal, another for the timings... then the design part in figma...then you receive another platform with the brand guide... For one side, I can see the value, but for another, I think that they should have a "one repocitory" where they connect the rest. Another way, as customer, you spent time searching the documents.

I liked the Brand Guideline but also think it is usefull if you want to share your brand guideline with someone else. But, if you want to have it to design, it is easier and more useful to have if in figma or adobe... another way, the team has to do a "doble work" and recreate everything that is in the online platform to the real practical platform. I am not saying the online platform doesnt work, I think is great... but I think it should not replace the practical part.

We needed to launch an updated website that aligned with our company's new direction. We wanted to simplify the site structure and remove outdated, overly complex content. We also wanted to clearly present Papaya’s two core products: the fleet management system and our intelligence layer of AI fleet copilots.

We’ve had an increase in inbound inquiries via the website and good feedback on the updated look. The website is much cleaner and clearer. The visuals also reflect a more modern, AI look in line with what we were looking for.

Lupa Studio was a wonderful team! We communicated via a series of virtual meetings and slack with regular feedback loops.

The project involved a full redesign of the CAMEVI website, focusing on improving user experience, navigation, and alignment with the organization’s mission. The scope covered the definition of the website’s architecture, visual design, content organization, and the integration of key functionalities to support CAMEVI’s medical and educational services.

Specifically, the work included:

Development of a site map that reorganized and optimized pages and sections for clarity and accessibility.

Lupa Studio was our only design resource, so they were very much like an in-house team, managing everything from creating presentation templates to research report designs. Some of the work I did with them included developing the first frontline workforce research report for Mexico, developing an internal brand and reward system to encourage participation in cross-functional content creation, creating numerous ebooks, guides, and reports, and helping develop our first-ever interactive ebook for Emi.
