 We needed support to rebrand our logo and digital and physical assets.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Lupa Studio completely redid our website and the look and feel of our company. The team was responsible for website design and functionality.

 We worked with four teammates from Lupa Studio.

Someone referred Lupa Studio to us. We chose them because they were able to work on our timeline and made the best use of our budget.

 We worked together from January–September 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lupa Studio delivered a much better website than we had previously. After the launch, our internal team and customers very much appreciated the new look and feel. It made our company and brand much more modern.

How did Lupa Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Lupa Studio delivered on time. We had weekly check-ins, which allowed us to stay on top of the progress. We had deadlines in place that we did our best to stick to for an on-time launch. We communicated via Slack and email.

 Lupa Studio's ability to turn out content very quickly was impressive.

Lupa produced solid material, on time, and they were very easy to communicate with.

I led the design and data-visualization strategy for a civic insight initiative, with implementation executed by Lupa’s design team. Deliverables included a suite of visual assets; interpretation of participant materials; high-signal infographics that synthesize large datasets; and conceptualized geographic maps framing issues by area and theme. The work clarified patterns, highlighted pain points and opportunities, and equipped stakeholders with an accessible narrative for planning and dialogue.

Delivered 100% of documents on time and to spec, with first-pass approval.
Met all deadlines: all deliverables submitted on schedule and within scope.
On-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of project documents; 0 missed milestones.

Lupa’s project management was disciplined and transparent. They set a milestone-based roadmap, kept weekly check-ins with a shared tracker, and delivered 100% of items on time and to spec.

Lupa is a design studio that truly makes you feel like part of the team. They had a strong strategic vision, and they fully understood our needs and concerns regarding the market. The brief was a collaborative effort, providing a comprehensive view of the industry. I really appreciated their "workshop approach," which allowed us to pause and think deeply about the current state of the media industry. Lupa is not a conventional design studio. They think beyond design.

I’m the department head at PermitFlow. We provide a platform that streamlines and accelerates the construction permit application and management process for builders across the US.

We needed help elevating our branding and supporting our marketing campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lupa Studio helped us with asset creation. They executed upon the briefs we submitted. Their deliverables included an updated explainer video, long-form guides, website designs, social and display ad creatives, print materials, sales enablement materials, and branding assets.

We worked together from October–November 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lupa Studio delivered 100% on time and completed 10 tasks per month. Thanks to their work, our branding was elevated, and it was easier to see the product's value. Their ads were eye-catching and effective, helping us improve conversion rates. Overall, they supported us in scaling our pipeline and leads from new channels.

Lupa Studio's project management was exceptional. We used Notion for communication.

The amount of support they provided to our team was impressive. It felt like they were an embedded full-time team and an extension of our team.
