I'm the former senior content marketing manager of Emi Labs, a SaaS company that helps frontline workers find new opportunities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lupa Studio?

Lupa Studio helped us create visuals to support the various content types we created, along with creating marketing and sales materials, both digital and print.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lupa Studio was our only design resource, so they were very much like an in-house team, managing everything from creating presentation templates to research report designs. Some of the work I did with them included developing the first frontline workforce research report for Mexico, developing an internal brand and reward system to encourage participation in cross-functional content creation, creating numerous ebooks, guides, and reports, and helping develop our first-ever interactive ebook for Emi.

What is the team composition?

I worked with about five teammates from Lupa Studio, including Chris, who was our main point of contact, and a few dedicated designers.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Lupa Studio in February 2021 when I joined Emi. I left the company in August 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lupa Studio helped us establish a unified, polished brand. They also helped us explore new content media like video and interactive content. People were very pleased overall with how Lupa Studio unified our brand. We received a lot of compliments on our content from our LATAM market in particular because we were really pioneers in the market.

How did Lupa Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Lupa Studio was one of the best project managers I've ever worked with. They were incredibly fast without sacrificing quality.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lupa Studio was full of incredibly professional, dedicated, and flexible individuals. They were truly what I hoped all design partners could be but rarely are. Lupa Studio was a pleasure to work with because of their ability to move quickly, think on their feet, and come up with solutions. These were all essential in the fast-moving environment of a tech startup.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Lupa Studio to improve.
