The scope for the project included mobile user applications both for Android and iOS, a web platform for users to access information from any device. The solution required integration with our IoT line, so the compatibility with our products was also a high level requirement for the project.

Our products include security cameras, lighting and wearables. The key deliverables were tied to sprints, Lumston had 1 delivery every two sprints since the MVP was launched until the project was complete. These deliverables included both frontend, backend and were accepted after our UAT testing.

• Deliverables in time, user adoption of the solution and achieving the milestone in our original budget were the main measurable outcomes
