Patrycja was extremely helpful and responsive via email in the run up to the filming dates. Piotr was communicative and helpful in ensuring we received the right equipment on the day of delivery. They delivered everything on time.

Communication was key in the project. We were travelling from the UK so needed a trustworthy company to provide the equipment we needed. Patrycja made this happen.

We needed high quality video and stills photography of a keynote talk delivered by Allister Frost at the Infoshare event in Gdansk.

Recommended by a business colleague, then very responsive to emails and phone calls.

We had an initial briefing call with Luminaris to run through our requirements then met on-site in Gdansk for the actual filming. No editing was required as this was completed in-house in the UK.

Our primary point of contact was Patrycja at Luminaris. She planned and delivered the programme with support from her team.

Excellent high quality footage was collected and shared promptly with our UK studio. The team was highly professional and supportive throughout.

I sent the agency a detailed briefing, after which Luminaris came back with some questions. We had a call to discuss any open issues. As the interview took place in Poland I couldn't be there (based in Brussels), but Luminaris kept me posted of how the interview was going. Afterwards there was opportunity for various correction rounds.

I worked with Luminaris (Patrycja), the feedback process was smooth.

Luminaris delivered a very nice and professional video, taking into account our wishes and giving solid advice about the outcome. They were very flexible with the correction rounds we had, reacting quickly and meeting our quite tight deadline.
