I’m the VP of a company that supplies parts and items for heavy equipment and railroads.

We needed help transitioning our website and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Luma Visibility has helped us transition our website and marketing approach. More recently, they've helped us launch an online store. The team has linked us with a web developer and helped us with a marketing campaign to get new products on Google Ads. We’ve had multiple shopping campaigns, and Luma Visibility has helped us transition to a Shopify store. 

The team has helped us load all the parts and run multiple campaigns based on the information we get. We've thrown different resources at this effort, removed search terms and parts, and met with the team biweekly to discuss the campaigns' performance.  Luma Visibility makes recommendations based on what they see.

Luma Visibility handles all our Google Ads and Facebook campaigns. The team has also done YouTube ads, but that wasn't as successful due to the products we offer, so we're still working on that. We’re also working on email marketing and content marketing.

What is the team composition?

We mainly work with Taylor, and she might have an assistant.

How did you come to work with Luma Visibility?

One of our board members researched and found Luma Visibility. We wanted a local company to meet with, and Luma Visibility fit the bill. We also liked that the cost wasn’t as high as going to an agency since this was the first time we were stepping into this kind of project. Additionally, we appreciated that Taylor came with a wealth of experience and a client base.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $20,000–$30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around June 2024, the online store started moving in April 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in our website traffic and phone calls. We’ve also had a couple of international customers and started doing business with a higher clientele. Luma Visibility's work has opened the door to different markets; we usually work with the construction and rail industries, but we've seen a big uptick in the personal automotive and strategic defense industries.

Our online store has made over six figures in the first five months, and our order volume continues to increase. Additionally, Luma Visibility works at our pace, which has been very helpful. 

How did Luma Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?

Luma Visibility meets deadlines and stays on budget. The team communicates constantly and pays attention to the budget; Taylor doesn't want to waste any dollars, but doesn't want to go over budget either. 

We meet biweekly to discuss the campaign’s performance, and Taylor makes recommendations. We communicate via Zoom and email.  The team keeps us on task. They have a checklist and make sure we stay on top of it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with the personal care Luma Visibility takes. Taylor feels fully invested in the project and treats it like she’s a team member.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. This has been a growing process for us, and we haven’t run into something they can’t help with.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared to answer questions and jump in full force because that's the kind of service you're going to get from Luma Visibility. If you want to walk rather than run, they can help you, but you won’t maximize their ability.
