After a previous developement agency failed to deliver our project, Lucent Innovation re-platformed and developed our Shopify app from the ground up. They managed to intergate complex Meta and Shopify API's, including helping with the submission process. The app is now live and the team continues to help us make further product improvements and technical support related queries.

We had outlined the scope of work and agreed on a rough time frame to complete. Each project comprised of a number of sprints and due dates. Progress was managed via a time app and Notion.
