LTC Digital helped me with building my website and my GBP, they both look amazing now. They did SEO(both technical SEO and on-page SEO and Local SEO) for my website, and now my website can be seen under some keywords now. More importantly, I received a few inquiries which really mattters to me, it gave me confidence that marketing stretgy can really help improve my business revenue. Thumb up to LTC.

Yes, LTC's professionals were doing great job. They showed up for every single virtual meetings punctually, and they sent me a quick recap after every meeting and they always deliver what they promised. Delphine, who's the founder, was great and kind! She called me several times to check in and to confirm our business goal so that neither of us will waste our time. LTC is JUST great.

Well, as they said on their website, they care about their clients, small and mid-scale businesses like me. They care about our business, and they want to help us succeed. They never over-promise and can really relate to our situations. Really helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ltcdigital.ca could have done differently?

Well, nothing can I say for now. They are also new in the insdustry(the company not the team themselves), maybe they are not having a bunch of people now. But they will, I belive.
