After the preliminary meeting and a long list from us with many requests and wishes, the LSB team has start to present the first solution and from that we start to add and modify after our imagination. The team was very receptive to our needs and ideas and they have explained to us all the steps and what they can improve and why. As technologies they have used: PHP, Symfony, PostgreSQL, jQuery, Elastic search, Twing

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have received compliments from our partners for our website and for his fast responds. Taking in consideration that all the sales are made on de website I can say we are depending on the solution and our partnership with LSB was the best choice that we have made.

We had a smooth communications and they have helped us to understand better what means every step they have made. The PM was available all the time and he has answers for all our questions. We have used Skype and e-mails for communications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They definitely knew what they were doing. They understand what you need even if you are not speaking their "programming language". You will find an answer, the best answer, for your needs if you ask them.

We've hired LSB DATA to create new B2B e-commerce solution providing new, contemporary features. They implemented a fully functional partner service system: product catalog with ordering and payment options, integration with our ERP system, landing page creation mechanism for presenting general solutions, as well as time-limited individual offers. The system allows you to handle individual price lists along with generating XML-feed for our partners' webshops. We direct individual clients who visit our website through a dynamic mechanism integrated with maps, promoting our most active partners.

We have been cooperating with LSB DATA for years. They know and understand our business.

It was a typical agile job. After establishing the scope for the MVP, we started the project. After accepting the mockups, the encoding process will begin. We could follow the progress of work on a special dev website, we used it to provide comments on a regular basis. Regular meetings helped avoid major mistakes. Currently we have approx. 20% of our business goinig through this channel where we have started from 0%.

We had regular meetings summarizing sprints. We followed the progress of work on the dev website on an ongoing basis. In addition to meetings, communication took place through various channels - chat, telephone, email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They know their job. They've known us for years, so it didn't take much to explain. They were very flexible and could find unconventional solutions to problems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Technologies are developing dynamically, so there is always room for improvements. When the right business moment comes, we will ask them for a new solution.
