The project required more recourses and took a bit longer than was originally anticipated. With that said, Lowcode delivered an amazing product without increasing the cost on our end.

The team always responds in a timely manner. We remain to have confidence in them and will be working together for many years to come.

When the product was stalling out, Jesus reached out and said, "how can we help?" They motivated me to keep the ball rolling. It was the jump I needed, since I was a little lost in the woods.

Not much, but more Implementation of the product would be helpful. Maybe a longer run of support after the product is done would be helpful. Like how to give stripe coupons would helpful. As a non-coder, this process take a lot of time, having LC help knock out some of these issue would be great. But I get they have regular jobs. The next step implementation would be super helpful when you get stuck.

Because there are few others that invest in land like I do, communication, coordination and information is difficult to spread among each other. I needed a private community of fellow land investors to buy, sell, make deals and share knowledge.

I was informed that what I was needing was actually a combination of several elements that have already been built. LOWCODE was able to recognize what individual technologies could be leveraged to create our application at a fraction of the cost compared to building from scratch.

We created a membership club that relied on maps and gps coordinates to visually illustrate where properties where available. We allow each member to upload their properties and set their price so others in the community can see and contact them to make the sale.

A library of information is available to help everyone along their journey. The resources are added by members and everyone is allowed to comment and add context to how each resource has benefited them.

There was a core of 3 people. 1 Project Manager, 1 Engineer and 1 User Experience.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are days away from launching and I couldn't be more excited and happy with the result. I continue to use the term Beautiful to describe it. Maybe because I'm partial to it. This has been a vision brewing in my head for over 2 years and it is finally hear!

The project was very well organized, and yet flexible at the same time. The communication was amazing. I always knew what was going on and never felt like the team was off track or wasting time on items that weren't directly related to our goal.

And they understood the objective very well and offered wonderful suggestions along the way to make it even better.

Structure. My project was broken down and into consumable benchmarks that encouraged me and the team along the way. We never felt off track or lost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing that could be improved would be a slight bit of time in the process to talk about the future. Meaning, I have a great product and I love it, but I'm nervous about upkeep, maintenance, tech changes and growth.

They may not be worried at all given it's size and niche market it relates to, but as an owner I'm quickly realizing that this baby needs to eat.

We needed to launch a new, reimagined customer onboarding for our platform and hired LowCode to build an MVP for us to run experiments with before we invest in building out a more complex solution.

LowCode was recommended by Glide as a trusted development partner when we were looking for custom developers to build this solution. LowCode's large portfolio of Webflow and Glide projects, as well as testimonials, gave us the confidence to choose them.

We had a great kick-off meeting where the team dove deep into our business, current tech, and goals; then recommended we build our new onboarding with Webflow as it was the highest quality solution for our budget. The team then built out the project in their collaboration tool where we had visibility into progress the entire time. Once the product was ready, they were highly responsive in fixing any QA issues, and provided ongoing support as we launch the product in market.

There was the CEO, a dedicated project manager, a designer, and a full-stack developer who all worked on this project. The CEO always kept a tab on deliverables and was responsive to anything we sent his way.

The new onboarding has been working well, and we are still working with the team to make continuous improvements as we get data from our experiments and user interviews. We are excited to see this grow!

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs that we found. However, once we told them about the bugs they were quick to fix them!

We searched extensively both online and in person for a dev team to build our platform. Ultimately, the LowCode team's professionalism, talent, time to build the platform and cost were the determining factors.

We had multiple meetings with the owner (Jesus) and a project manager (Cecilia) to discuss the framework of our idea. They took the time to fully understand what we were looking to build and helped put what was in our mind onto a "blueprint." Then, one of their developers (Thinh) built our idea on Glide Pages. They've been professional throughout the development and delivered great results in an incredible turnaround time.

I am amazed at LowCode's speed of delivery, communication, talent, creativity and care into our own dream. I could not speak more highly of Jesus, Cecilia and Thinh. Jesus, the founder, made it feel like he was part of my team and vision, which really has helped get our app to where it is today. Cecilia's communication, organization and thoughtfulness is unmatched. Thinh is an unbelievably talented developer who is creative, cares about his work and codes things in out of this world speed. This is a 5 star team and I look forward to working with them more in the future.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All deliverables were met. The main deliverable was a live version one platform that could be deployed for user feedback, validated learning, and further development. The LowCode team was very professional, communicative, and technically proficient.

The project management style was highly effective and included various online resources. We primarily used the LowCode portal to coordinate MVP wire diagramming, feature development, testing, and handover. All activities were conducted in a timely manner with no issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found both Ceci and Alex's task management and technical expertise very impressive. I was impressed with how they could translate complex concepts into tasks, actions, and activities supporting platform development. The transition from wire diagramming to development and handover was seamless indicating a high level of professionalism and expertise on their side.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have any major areas for improvement based on the agreed-upon scope and nature of the project. Many concepts were not complete resulting in the need for refinement on my side. I would have liked a better analysis of alternatives regarding dashboard plug-ins or integration. With that said, it did not hinder the project and can be addressed in version two.

I run an organization called Wou; we provide coaching and empowerment tools for those struggling with self-confidence or lacking purpose and direction in their lives.

I do corporate workshops where I guide people through the psychology of affirmations and how our brains manage that information in connection with self-worth, confidence and how we present ourselves.

What challenge were you trying to address with LowCode Agency?

We needed LowCode Agency to build a first-round prototype of our product. I wanted to develop a digital card box app that holds on to words of affirmation over time. I wanted the app to copy text from greetings cards, emails, or text messages that contain words of encouragement from others.

According to market research, 90% of women have a box of cards tucked away in their closets, so we wanted to create a digital solution on hand that constantly sends those positive affirmations.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created the application for us, and it’s compatible with iOS and Android. The application runs like a web browser on the backend. It functions through a web browser, and is supported by Glide. 

What is the team composition?

I work with three people: Jesus (Founder), Cecilia (Project Manager), and Mauricio (Backend Developer).

How did you come to work with LowCode Agency?

They were referred to us by a local organization. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $5,200 in the partnership.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working on the project in May 2022 and did the handoff in July 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They were highly responsive and efficient in their working pace. 

Any time I started to wonder if we were lacking progress or question the overall quality of the product, Jesus would jump right in, and I could tell he was handling it. I felt taken care of, and there was a sense of being watched over. I knew at the end of the day, they would keep things on track. 

We were a bit frustrated during the testing phase because it felt like every time we fixed one issue, another would arise. They compensated us for the processing glitches by connecting my email automation system, which was wonderful. 

How did LowCode perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed wonderfully from a project management standpoint. Cecilia was very communicative, which was fantastic. The budget stayed on track as well. We used a project management tool to communicate.

One pricing change surprised me, but it resulted from an internal pricing adjustment on their end, which didn’t affect my overall budget. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with their ability to capture our vision from the start. They worked hard to find solutions and put themselves in my shoes. I felt like they understood what I wanted, which was fantastic. 

They worked at a great pace and kept things moving. Their overall communication and response time was impressive. They went at a pace that worked for me depending on if we were on vacation or kids were out of school. I knew they would be ready to go as soon as I got back to them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they could improve their attention to detail with regard to backend development. Sometimes, we would make an edit, and another glitch would pop up due to the developer forgetting to save the last change. It would be great if they could trace how an edit will impact other app components and do a thorough QC of the modification to fix potential glitches. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to send the final product to others, so you can have as many eyes as possible to catch glitches before the handoff.
