We brought in Loudface to handle a complete website revamp and help us get our platform noticed, as we were struggling with low search visibility and traffic.

Working with LoudFace has been refreshing; we were surprised by their passion and the activity they put into this partnership.

In a very short period of time, we managed to get more things done than we expected, which we expect would take any other agency 5x the time.

But most importantly, we've seen results on Google and AI models pretty much in the first 1-2 months, and they have truly lived up to the name of a partner rather than both a generic vendor, which is what matters to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LoudFace could have done differently?

Pacing and Educational Onboarding could be improved.

Because things moved so fast at the beginning of the project, it was a bit tough to keep up at times. As a fairly technical team, we wanted to deeply understand the "why" behind the specific SEO strategies being implemented, since SEO was new to us. Loudface could have spent a bit more time upfront educating us on the roadmap and explaining the rationale behind their technical choices.

That said, their execution was spot-on, and they were always happy to clarify things whenever we asked.
