I’m Tonia Roberts, founder of HourglassBootyCamp. I help women look extremely sexy and confident through fitness. Through my media handles, I conduct online sessions and challenges, give tips to women for getting fit, and help them reach their fitness goals.

I thought of having a website application developed, so that my clients could interact with me online and I could reach more fitness enthusiasts. I started searching for a company that could assist me in providing the web application developed. At last, as suggested suggested by one of my business contact, I hired Lotzap for Web Development for the same purpose.

While searching for a company that could understand the requirements of the platform we wanted to create, one of my business contact suggested me to try Lotzap for the same. Then I contacted Lotzap through mail and further discussion took place over the call.

They were very polite and provided full attention to the needs of the app we wanted to have. This way things moved forward.

The project started with the discussion of our ideas which needed to be implemented in the web app. Lotzap team provided me with the wireframes of the project and kept to changing the subtle designs till it was good to go for me!

Once design became finalized, we started planing on how to collect the information from the user who would come to purchase the services and what features to include for the same. Also, then analyzing the details how to provide the customized plan to that user.

So, this way Lotzap handled the implementation of these modules and once completed, we started working upon the calorie calculator module to be included in the website. Whole Lotzap team was very collaborative and gained each and every detail of the steps to be taken and implemented accordingly.

When the project started, a project manager was allotted who understood the whole concept and idea to build the web app. He guided the developers regarding the same.

Then, in the design phase, I was introduced to the designer who was very patient and kept on producing and changing design till finalization. Then I was introduced to a PHP developer, content writer, and lastly a QA guy.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It has been around 6 months that my website is developed: www.hourglassbootycamp.com. The results I would say is incredible! Lotzap created a success and further the user loved the sleek design of the web app and how the features collect all the information and they can get the customized fitness plans for them automatically.

The results are good and I’m getting continuous orders from the website. I would say this with confidence that my customer base has increased far enough!

The communication I would say was exceptionally handled by Lotzap. The way their team interacted was great and they were very thorough while building the e- commerce website.

The most impressive thing I found about Lotzap team was their patience and the guidance that they provided throughout the whole project. They understood the detailed requirements of the project and built an excellent piece.

When we contacted LotzAp, our website was in a complete mess when the previous developer left us in the middle. Some features on the website were not complete and the others were barely working. Lotzap handled our project with fidelity by starting with the examination of the website.

After checking, they gave us the list of issues and errors that were there in the website and we started working to sort those issues out. Finally, our website was able to work properly with all the basic features working just fine. Then we wanted to add some complicated features.

LotzAp understood all our requirements precisely and implemented those on the website. Eventually, the website turned out to be so great just as we were expecting.

Lotzap worked with us closely and gave us the website that we wanted for our company.

The result we are getting after building this website is exceptional. From sorting our issues to understanding our requirements, Lotzap assisted us in our project greatly.

We got a considerable eCommerce website with the perfect design and content. The functionality is flawless and at users' ease. The order processing is really simple as we always wanted. We got a compound yet user-friendly website. We continue to get great feedback from our users and even the sales have increased after building the website for our company.

Lotzap team is really approachable throughout the whole project. We were getting frequent updates about our website and the communication was also flexible, which worked out great. They deliver the said works timely, and never missed a deadline. They were responsive and understandable.

The most impressive thing about this company was the way by which they handled our project and took in our incomplete website. We were amazed at how great it turned out, forgetting that it was even malfunctioned once. We would love to hire Lotzap again for future needs!

The project is a on the medium to larger side and COVID has definitely effective our timeline; however, I am pleased with where the project is at this time. Cost was definitely a leading factor as I bid this project to several firms in US and other countries. It was amazing the price ranges I was getting. But it was all about cost. It was the personal experience and relationship that Bhavesh and his team put into my project before I even selected them. I wanted to work with a small company and have a more intimate experience as this was my first app.

Booking app for services related to home owners and property owners. From finding, reviewing, costing, booking and several other items as well as the back end admin panel I am excited to put this thing into action.

I had the attention of the whole company, but always had a direct channel to Bhavesh and whoever was running lead on that patricianly part of the project. I felt I could access anyone I wanted to.

Although I am not done with this project I am please with the way it is shaping up. Timeline would be my only grievance about this project, but the world was pretty crazy in 2020.

Very effective. We had regular meetings and communication.

The most impressive part was how direct and personal the relationship was. They really cared about decisions being made along the way. Sometimes I felt too much, but wouldn't want the latter.

Timeline, and gaps of time between phases. But on the other hand they worked with me on widening the scope of the project and did not nickel and dime me.

First of all we shared our requirements with them. After that they provided us the features list, once we agreed on the features they provided us the wireframe and structure of the app. After that we started working on the application design and backend.

After regular calls and meetings with development team we finished the project within the timeframe. After testing finally we deployed the app.

Initially, they assigned us a project manager who really helped us to make the process smooth. As project proceeded new members were introduced on the board which includes designers, android developer and a QA.

The most impressive is the concept-based understanding and technical knowledge of the team. And most important thing was what we planned was properly implemented within given timeframe.

Fix ongoing issues with the platform to stabalize it and allow us to build improvements. Once stabalized based on their recommendations at the beginning of our tenure, we began improvements to improve what was existing as well as add new. We would have hoped that the app features and functionality would be improved, but that did not happen.

They were always late. They completed work but did not test it to the point where we outsourced testing. They were responsive until they were not. The items they delivered rarely worked properly and were not to our standards.

We did our due dilligence with interviews, quetionairres, and references prior to signing them. They passed this process and seemed like the knowledge and skills were present at a value that met our needs. There is nothing impressive about them, and I would hope that no one else hires them.
