The scope of work involved mobile app development for a healthcare and wellness client. We had a reference point and I needed optimisation of the concept and proper development of the mobile app. We were given prompt delivery of the application after sorting out the technical requirements and optimising the sample framework that was provided.

The client was highly satisfied with the outcome. The vision of the mobile app's overall functionality and user experience was delivered as it is. The entire portal was so smooth that the client onboarded vendors immediately after pitching to them.

They were fully present for all the meetings and catered to our demands mindfully. The entire team was very honest and dedicated in explaining the challenges and scope of work in our budget. We were given timely updates and deliveries without any delay. Additionally, the changes we requested were done promptly.

The chatbot handles roughly 60% of incoming fan queries without escalation, and 80% of sessions run in Kiswahili — users we previously couldn't serve in their own language. It went live in 5 weeks with no ongoing infrastructure cost.

The chatbot launched on schedule and handles fan queries in both languages without escalation issues. Since handover, we haven't allocated any engineering time to maintaining it, and it adds no recurring infrastructure cost.
