They had a very strong track record on deadlines. Every deliverable with a pre-agreed timeline was completed on time or even early. Any minor delays (usually due to team availability) were communicated well in advance. We never experienced any unexpected slippage.

Having Ben as one dedicated point of contact throughout the entire engagement (logo design, branding strategy, stationery, merchandise, and full website development) made everything seamless and stress-free. He handled 100% of the communication and coordination, regardless of the task.
