They did a great job. If I didn't like something, they quickly changed it, delivering exactly what I wanted.

Logo Poppin is helping us reach our clients by maintaining our website and updating it periodically with all of our services, including the healthcare areas we offer. They’ve developed our website from scratch; I let them know what we want to be displayed on the site, and then they work on it. 

In terms of content, the only documentation we’ve provided to them is my bio and that of the owner. We’ve let them know what our company offers and who we are, which they’ve worked on displaying on the website.

I worked with several people from Logo Poppin. I’ve spoken to their owner, too. We have one main point of contact, but other people from their company are involved in the engagement.

I found Logo Poppin through social media channels, and we chose them over their competitors because of their customer service.

We’ve invested less than $10,000.

We started working together in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

Logo Poppin has a prompt service, and they should keep it up. When we talk to them about something we want to display on the website, they finish it the next day.

Their project management is good. To communicate, we use phone calls and emails.

Their customer service is outstanding.

Our site now represents us better and clearly displays what we do and the impact we make in the community. Clarity at it’s finest!

One thing I appreciate is at the conclusion of the project, Logo Poppin informed me that they would add animation to make my site more interactive. That function is a game changer in my industry.

Our engagement ran from June–October 2021. We barely made progress in three months because the resource who was assigned to help me failed to meet my needs. Chad then took over and completed the website in three weeks.

I recently launched my new website, and early spectators were quick to share positive feedback about its design and accessibility. Chad made the engagement worth my while by taking charge of the project and meeting my standards.

Nathan and his team are just wonderful. I am so busy and he understood that, and he and his team used their creativity and imagination to build something I cannot find anyone has done online. He did the extra revisions, even when he asked me for ideas and he knew I did not have time for it, he gathered his best designers and brought something perfect!
