I sent Logo Poppin my original logo, and since then they have enhanced my logo stylistically to something I didn't even think was possible.

I selected this vendor from the internet, after eeviewing their site and speaking with Nathan, representative from Logo Poppin.

We doscussed the type of logo I wanted. Four designs were presented ro me adter many discussions. I selected rge kigo, which I felt best represented my irganization. The wrbsite took some time to build, because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and what was entailed in building a website. After several conversations the content was determined and written out. I reviewed vontent and made changes, as needed.

I mainly worled with 1 person from the company, Nathan. Nathan would work with his team and let me know whether or not what I was questioning was doable or not. He was always responsive and prompt with his responses. He slwsys explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Nathan was slways very patient and ikept me informed every phase of the projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have just completed the project. It has only been live a few days. At this time I am unable yo give you an outcome. I'm sure in uocoming months, after the website has been live for some time I wod be able ho privide that type of information.

Nathan and I worked vrry well together. He has great gommunication skills and kept in co stant cn tact throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service and the knowledge of the team. I was also impressed by the patience in responding to any inquiries I had about the project. I was kept abreast the entire time every phase of the project. I was constantly kept abreast by email and phone calls.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest, at this time I can't think of any areas that need to be improved. Any delays were caused by me, due to illness.

I found them through a Facebook ad and gave them a call. Logo Poppin showed me some of their previous work, so I decided to go with them.

We worked together from January–August 2022.

I’m 100% satisfied with Logo Poppin’s work; thanks to their efforts, our company is starting to gain some traction. Additionally, two people who looked at the site asked me who built it and are now working with Logo Poppin.

They were superb at project management. The team did a phenomenal job meeting my deadlines and used email to communicate.

I was impressed with Logo Poppin’s timeliness and how they kept me up to date with everything.

My advice is to be very proactive when they give you an assignment. You should be diligent in working with them — you must also put a little effort into it.

The 1st thing they did was produce a Logo from a pre-existing concept. Then they developed our branding and color scheme, also gave us a style guide. These services also included an email signature and a fax template.

I googled logo designers in the US. I honestly seen the name poppin and it grabbed my attention. When I started working with Daniel he was amazing. He was patient with me even on the days I did not have patience.

My experience with Daniel was amazing. He was very patient and listened in detail to all of my requests. He worked with me when I needed to separate my payment in 2 installments. He kept calm on the days I was impatient and it didn’t matter how many times I bothered him, he was right there to help me! The whole experience was great and I highly recommended them to a couple of my peers as well.
