What challenge were you trying to address with LOGICON, LLC?

We recently redid our website and needed developers to help us launch it in a timely fashion. To that end, we hired LOGICON, LLC for their staff augmentation services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LOGICON, LLC has provided developers to help us launch our website. We initially reached out to their CEO and told him what kind of developers we were looking for. We needed developers who specialized in Drupal and had good English-speaking skills. Their team provided all the resources we needed within a week and executed all the work remotely.

We’re currently in the post-launch stage and plan to continue working with LOGICON, LLC for the next 7–8 months.

What is the team composition?

We work with four developers and a resource manager from their side.

How did you come to work with LOGICON, LLC?

They were recommended to us by a friend of mine who previously worked with their team.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about $250,000 in this project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with LOGICON, LLC in June 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In terms of money, the pricing of LOGICON, LLC’s resources is very competitive, and we’re lucky to have gotten a good deal with them. In terms of efficiency, their team has definitely helped us do things much faster, and we wouldn’t have been able to launch our website without them. Moreover, we’ve already converted almost 51 subsites within our website. If they weren’t here, we would only have 15–20 subsites now.

From a qualitative standpoint, LOGICON, LLC has been meeting our expectations. When they came on board, we gave them a week or two to familiarize themselves with our system. After that, working with them has been a pretty good ride; their team is doing well.

How did LOGICON, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver the work on time. We use various platforms to communicate, such as Slack, Jira, Skype, and email.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to shout out to in this review?

I want to give a shout-out to one of their Drupal developers — she’s been amazing to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LOGICON, LLC has been very accommodating to our needs. They’ve done everything we’ve asked of them, and we’re very happy with their work. The fact that they’ve been working with us for over four months now shows that our project has been going really well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything LOGICON, LLC could improve on. They’ve been living up to our expectations.

We have developed an app for sales agents, companies and shops. The aim was to replace the fairs and door-to-door visits of agents with a web tool capable of breaking down physical barriers. Everything was born in full pandemic.

Through linkedin and the great reviews we read, we started contacting the team and exchanging ideas on how to work.

We have decided to develop the mobile app (both on iOS and Android), the app is equipped with a backend from which it is possible to manage and modify each parameter chosen during the development phase. We shared the graphic work with the team and structured meetings on a weekly basis, we often use skype for quick contacts

3 figures, a PM and two developers were assigned.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are currently in a private beta phase (by direct customer choice) and the expected results are being achieved.

The team is very capable and positive, the analysis phase is as well taken care of as the development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mobile development is certainly the peculiarity on which we have worked together and in a positive way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Working better on understanding and language, language problems can often become an element of slowdown in development.

We hired Logicon as an IT, consultant, to design and develop our complete media platform including the website and CMS to handle the content. The also build our internal mobile application for ( Andriod and IOS) providing a content library for its users to allow interactive sessions.

We have a history with Logicon as they have worked with us on various other projects in the past.

The project was fully customized so after multiple meetings. We decided to take this project into phases. Dividing the full project into 4 phases. In which the first phase was the customized design which was the longest phase. eventually moving to development and handing over.

I was directly in contact with the CTO and the CEO of logicon also a specialist was assigned to manage our account.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As most of the project was customized so everything perfectly aligns with the need of the business. After completion, we have seen a drastic change in the productivity of the workflow.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was handled brilliantly between both teams. There was a slight lag in phase 2 but eventually, both teams did a fantastic job

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique thing I found about the company was the professional approach to providing immediate solutions. LOGICON, LLC has a diverse and highly-skilled team.

I’m the CEO of AxeHedge. We’re a platform the provides simplified and structured investing solutions to our clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire LOGICON, LLC, and what were your goals?

We appointed Logicon to be our technology developer for AxeHedge. Our goal was to build and minimum viable product to go to market as soon as possible and maintain a sustainable product for a short period of time whilst we understand our client’s needs.

How did you select LOGICON, LLC and what were the deciding factors?

I personally have experience working with Logicon and with great output. Additionally, Logicon has experience building financial products which is niche. These two were the key drivers for our decision.

Logicon helped us develop an automated stock trading application, which consisted of a web platform and mobile applications for users, and an administrative web panel for the overall system.

Users are allowed to create and subscribe to multiple trading strategies, trade stocks directly and be part of a smart trading ecosystem.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the first build of our product in March 2022 which was aligned to the timeline we had set. We subsequently launched builds every 2-4 weeks.

Logicon has been valuable in providing their input to the building of the product which was helpful for the management’s overall consideration and helped in the design of our product roadmap.

We communicated via Jira, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Meet and Zoom. We had set a structure in our approach from day 1 and managing the process was very easy and smooth. Murad, the CEO of Logicon was always available for discussions and to provide input which was of great benefit to me and the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Young team with solid developers. Logicon was always willing to work with us through problems and brainstorming sessions. By far the best dev company I’ve worked with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Logicon changed their project manager twice which presented some challenges in ensuring the deliverables were on time and in accordance to the quality expected during the onboarding process and initial discussions. I’ve communicated this to the ceo.

I’m an executive at Capital Group, a privately held multinational investment management company with around $3 trillion in assets under management. Our department drives large strategic programs, business transformation efforts, change management, and other similar things.

What challenge were you trying to address with LOGICON, LLC?

We engaged LOGICON, LLC to work on our business transformation projects. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

LOGICON, LLC, works with us on several programs. One of them is a large cloud transformation exercise aimed at solving misalignments and a lack of propulsion and clarity. Another program is the transformation of our finance department; we aim to improve the department’s operation, reduce complexity, and give them better tools and data. It’s a huge digital transformation effort. 

In both projects, LOGICON, LLC works on facilitating a large cultural, operational, and digital transformation. We have new roles, teammates, ways of working, platforms, and more, and their team brings more than just regular change management. They bring both change management expertise and a design agency element to the table. 

Essentially, they’ve worked on upgrading the way we communicate internally. Communicating inside a large enterprise with regular emails and PowerPoint presentations is boring and no longer gets anybody’s attention. As a result, LOGICON, LLC helps us build more interesting and engaging digital assets, internal websites, and communication tools. They help us create collateral for key events, such as leadership immersion and simulation exercises. 

We do plenty of co-design and ideation exercises. As part of that, they segment our audience and get to know them. It’s a consumer-driven way of tailoring our message to the audience. They help us understand who our audience is and map their journey as they go through the business transformation.

Moreover, LOGICON, LLC helps us learn more immersive learning methods and get feedback quickly. Rather than simply train our workforce on using new tools and methods, the team makes them a part of the process and creates a story out of it.

What is the team composition?

We work with around six teammates from LOGICON, LLC. We work with two teammates on site, but we have a hybrid work setup with the team. 

How did you come to work with LOGICON, LLC?

I came across LOGICON, LLC at a trade conference. At that time, they focused more on ERP and SAP integration projects. The next time I talked to them, they had developed more strength in the design space. I happened to need people with this mix — teammates with an SAP background and teammates with an agency background. I remembered them for that reason, and we started the engagement.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ll likely spend around $2 million between the two projects.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started in March 2024, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The cloud program has been successful — we’ve had a big launch party, and business sponsors and directors are happy about it. There’s a lot of excitement and energy around the program, and the adoption rates are quite different from before. While we still have more work to do, we already see materially different reactions to the program.

Our teammates don’t feel exhausted or terrified about the change. Instead, they feel they have a say in it. Even the engagement scores have reflected a much better outcome than the previous programs. 

For the finance department-related program, we’re seeing a difference in our finance leadership. They feel the campaign is making more of a difference than other change management approaches. Overall, our leadership has bought into this change strategy. 

How did LOGICON, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve been quite happy with LOGICON, LLC’s project management. They’re great at taking feedback and coaching teammates. Their resources have been easy to work with, and they have great energy. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have an all-in approach to change. The team understands change is a journey, but it doesn’t have to be exhausting. They bring what they know about UX design and marketing. Their inward-looking mindset has been unique and different from most other companies. On top of that, they’re a true team — they don’t feel like individual contractors who have nothing to do with each other.

Are there any areas they could improve?

LOGICON, LLC should industrialize their playbooks.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about your needs. Shape your vision with LOGICON, LLC, as a partner rather than just hiring their team. Staying open with them about what you’re trying to accomplish will benefit you most.
