BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Vogt RV is an RV dealership with 3 different stores across Texas with service and parts departments as well. My position is PPC Analyst, while I mainly manage all ad accounts for digital marketing I also fully manage our CRM, backend of our 3 websites, and report all website traffic directly to the GSM/Partner.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lofty Rankings?

For SEO optimization on all our websites in order to rank better than all our competitors on organic searches.

What were your goals for this project?

Increase sales by ranking higher on organic results by optimizing each type and class of RV to reach all the different keywords that we can rank for.

How did you select this vendor?

We had previously worked with Jonathan during his time at a different agency and he was familiar with our industry. We stuck with his former agency for a while after he departed but eventually decided to part ways with them. Our team really liked Jonathan's work and reached out to see if he might be interested in resuming his work with us.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We see Jonathan as part of our marketing department, providing key feedback on our online marketing efforts, and in particular, guiding the SEO campaign for several sites. He is fully responsible for our SEO, performing regular audits, providing keyword research, and outlining content opportunities we can pursue.

What was the team composition?

We have a small in-house marketing team, comprised of the marketing director, PPC analyst and a videographer. Jonathan slots into this team and we work closely with other departments when needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our organic search has increased significantly since we started working with Jonathan as well as our keyword reach, taking advantage of keywords we weren't covering or ranking for before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As mentioned before, we consider Jonathan part of our team because the workflow is very direct and efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Jonathan's SEO knowledge and organizational skills were very impactful in our experience while working with the previous agency, which is why we decided to reach back out to him personally after going our separate ways with them. He has always clearly presented the roadmap of the project and progress made. He's always gone above & beyond on presenting new ideas on things we're not trying or opportunities we could be taking advantage of.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not at all, Jonathan has done excellent SEO work and is a great part of the team.

I am the VP of Marketing for Severalnines. Severalnines provides automation and management software for database clusters. We help companies deploy their databases in any environment, and manage all operational aspects to achieve Severalnines availability.

We were launching a brand new product with an entirely new target audience and needed to perform research to establish the baseline keywords that we wanted to target organically and with PPC.

What were your goals for this project?

An indepth report containing the keywords as well as a competitive analysis of what words were driving traffic to our competitors.
