What challenge were you trying to address with Lofingo?

We needed help designing and developing an e-commerce website for our business. Our goal was to have a modern, user-friendly, and high-performing website that would stand out from competitors. We wanted something unique and out of the box rather than a standard template.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lofingo handled the complete design and development of our e-commerce website and admin dashboard. They created a premium, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive website along with a powerful admin panel that allows us to manage products, categories, orders, customers, inventory, and content easily. Their team also integrated secure payment options and optimized the website for speed, SEO, and overall performance. Lofingo designed the homepage, product pages, category pages, product search, shopping cart, secure checkout, user login and registration, customer account, wishlist, and contact pages. They also integrated secure payment methods, order tracking, and basic SEO features. The admin dashboard included product management, category management, inventory management, order management, customer management, coupon and discount management, content management, banner management, analytics, sales reports, and user role management.

We found them through a referral. One of the main reasons we chose them was that they had previously built a website for one of my friends, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of their work, creativity, and attention to detail. RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new website significantly improved our online presence and customer experience. We saw faster website performance, better mobile usability, and a smoother checkout process, which reduced customer drop-offs. The admin dashboard made it much easier to manage products, orders, inventory, and customer information, saving our team a lot of time. The modern design also increased customer engagement and helped build trust in our brand.After launching the new website, we noticed around 35% faster page loading speeds and about 25% more customer engagement compared to our previous website. The improved UX and smoother checkout helped increase completed orders by nearly 20%. The admin dashboard reduced the time spent managing products, orders, and inventory by almost 50%, allowing our team to focus more on growing the business. We also received positive feedback from customers about the modern design and easy shopping experience, which gave us greater confidence in our online presence.Overall, the project helped us streamline daily operations, improve efficiency, and create a strong foundation for growing our online sales and business in the future. The final product exceeded our expectations and gave us a professional online presence with an easy-to-manage backend system.

Most milestones were delivered on time, and any small delays were communicated in advance with valid reasons. They were organized, flexible, and always willing to accommodate our feedback, which made the entire development process smooth and stress-free.Our primary forms of communication were in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their ability to understand our vision and turn it into a premium product instead of offering a standard template. They took time to understand our business, suggested creative ideas, and delivered a website that was unique, modern, and easy to use. Their attention to detail, quality of design, and technical expertise really stood out.We also appreciated how responsive and supportive the team was throughout the project and even after the launch. They genuinely cared about delivering the best possible result rather than just completing the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were only a few minor revisions during the design phase as we refined some layouts and features to better match our vision. The Lofingo team was responsive, accepted our feedback, and implemented the changes quickly. If anything, they could provide a little more documentation or video tutorials for some admin dashboard features to help new team members get started faster.
