BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Founder and CEO of a Mental Health Therapy Practice. We provide in-person and telehealth counseling services and other mental health resources to Chicago and the state of IL.

For what projects/services did your company hire LMR Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?

We needed to market our services and make our company visible to the community through digital advertising and social media marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were highly recommended to me by others in the business.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

First we made objectives and goals based on the populations I wanted to reach. We then worked on Ads for Google and Landing pages for the campaigns we wanted to run to include populations of adults, couples, teens and families. We ran ads that have been successful.

LMR Digital Marketing also manages and provides content to our social media pages and is developing facebook ads. We also then ran newsletters as additional outreach to promote resources and other services we are launching. Lauren and I meet weekly to go over everything. I also work with them on helping manage data for payroll as well as financial forecasting.

Their CEO and I work together directly and have weekly meetings and her entire team support various aspects of the various services they provide.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As soon as I started working with LMR Marketing I saw results immediately in client leads and inquiries. I was able to grow my company and staff as a direct result of these numbers and their effectiveness.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very! LMR Marketing is responsive, communicative and always there to help. The weekly meetings are also great with Lauren.

They provide so many helpful services related to marketing, advertising and helping manage various aspects of the business such as payroll and financial and growth forecasting. They really care and are invested in their clients.

No, nothing that I can think of.
