The team met on a weekly basis to conduct sprint planning sessions and they did a good job in communicating with us on expected deliverables.  LMG did deliver on all key deliverables, adhering to the agreed-upon timelines for each phase of the project. I feel like the team was organized, provided weekly check-ins and helped us implement the processes that worked for them into our company.

Communication was seamless, whenever we had questions or needed to adjust something, they'd respond in a timely manner and available to address any concerns.

What impressed us the most about LMG Digital was their commitment to staying true to delivering a commitment to data-driven decision making, and customizing strategies specifically to our needs.  One thing they mentioned on a continued basis is every company is unique and one size does not fit all.  They took the time upfront to understand our business goals and objectives, reviewed it with us to ensure everyone was aligned before proceeding.  The personalized service, implementing a new cadence and approach to marketing for our team truly made them a valuable partner.

What started out as a 6-month commitment ended up being 12 months because we felt like they were a part of our team/culture.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LMG Digital Consultants could have done differently?

Our overall experience was highly positive, one area for potential improvement could be the onboarding process. Given the services they offer, it was a bit overwhelming at the start to grasp the full scope of deliverables upfront.  I feel a more streamlined introduction to their discovery sessions and a bit more guidance will have helped us feel even more confident early on.  That being said, once they were on their way, and after we reviewed the proposed strategy, the cadence, communication and ongoing support is what made the whole process very well worth it.
