For what projects/services did your company hire LK agency, and what were your goals?

To create a streamlined booking, scheduling and payment platform for my clients to buy credits and then book classes. The goals were to fully automated the booking process and make it as easy as possible for my clients to book online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Word of mouth. I believed in Luke to create the app that I wanted and he delivered it.

A simple easy-to-use platform that does all the work behind the scenes. The client can easily schedule private classes and group classes, as well as make updates to the schedule all from the app.

In addition, all Zoom classes are automatically scheduled 2 weeks in advance and updated on the linked Zoom account as well as in the app. The platform automates booking and class reminder emails before classes start with passwords and join links. Clients can buy credits, book classes, manage their schedules, and join classes straight from the website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with Luke on the project and he built the whole thing, this meant we were never confused about what the goals of the project were.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app was finished on time and was tested thoroughly so that when we went live everything worked straight away.

Luke made me feel at ease with the process and was good at explaining complex things, and I felt like he really understood what I wanted from the website for both me and the clients.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their service felt both personal and professional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I thought the whole process was great and the product does everything I wanted it to.

Cornish Tin Limited (the "Company") is a mineral exploration company currently engaged in a diamond drilling program in the Mining District of Breage, Cornwall, UK. The Company was founded in 2017 and currently has a team of 12 geologists.

For what projects/services did your company hire LK agency, and what were your goals?

The Company hired LK Agency to design, build and keep updated the Company website, to manage the IT functionality of a Crowdcube fundraise completed in 2022 on a pre-money valuation of GBP 21.9m and to produce the Company pitch video for the Crowdcube raise.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Luke has a BSc degree in Geophysics with Geology from Durham University, as well as being a CFI (Corporate Finance Institute) certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst and a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Level 1.

He also studied at Le Wagon and builds Ruby on Rails websites and apps and has a background in working in production and film. These skills made him a very good fit for the roles we required of him. The Company continues to work with Luke and LK Agency on an ongoing basis.

We have had regular Project meetings (which are ongoing) to discuss progress to date and next steps on each element of the above projects. Key deliverables were for example to meet the timescales preparatory to the Crowdcube launch.

Luke has designed the Company website to be consistent with and broadly an online version of, the Company pitchdeck he has also helped create.

We have throughout worked with Luke who is the owner of LK Agency.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Company website looks great and accurately represents the ethos of the Company. Luke is always quick to make required updates and include new pages, for example when we needed a custom form to build an investor list for the Crowdcube raise Luke integrated it quickly and linked it to a custom Mailchimp group.

The Crowdcube raise that Luke managed sold out on the first day to investors who had already pre-registered their interest, before even going live on the Crowdcube platform. We were also very pleased with the video that he produced for our Crowdcube pitch which was delivered on time and within budget.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The LK Agency project management style involves concentrated work to really understand the business of the client and their commercial objectives. Also, to make suggestions based on this understanding for the benefit of the client.

Communications are dynamic and fit round the client's schedule, and include virtual meetings, calls and emails as needed, including outside normal business hours if required. It is a flexible, collaborative approach.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Excellent project management abilities and a very intelligent and adaptable ethos which adds benefit to the client.

Just one example was finding out that our Company is top of search results because of Luke's knowledge of SEO. We feel that LK Agency can be trusted to deliver the outcomes we set out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to add here, except to say that we are constantly improving on our website with Luke's help and are happy to keep working with Luke and LK Agency.
