The successful delivery of the MVP, which allowed us to launch the first working version of our Buddy Tool and start matching parents with buddies.

It’s a large market with great potential, and having a stronger presence there could open up more opportunities for both them and their clients. Key outcomes would include how efficiently users complete workflows, whether the solution addresses real pain points, and if companies express interest in a full-scale deployment.

Lizard delivered the Framer POC on time and met expectations. Their project management was seamless, with clear communication and quick responses to feedback. They understood the needs perfectly, making adjustments efficiently while maintaining high-quality design and functionality.

I’m the founder of The Hendrik's Tasty, a multidisciplinary company that does business in various categories, including food technology and smartphone apps. We have different companies under this holding company that provide service to humanity.

I had a mobile app idea and needed a partner to help me bring it to life.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially discussed my app idea, and Lizard Global helped me map out the strategy to take. We discussed all the aspects of the application, and they added their expertise to guide me on how to approach the idea. We determined that the app needed to help consumers collect their receipts more easily when making their purchases.

The team then designed and developed a few application screens to present to key investors. In fact, the project's scope involves just these screens, which we will later use as the foundation for the app's MVP. This project's screens were meant to help us gain government subsidies as well, if possible.

I was initially in contact with their operational manager, who set up everything and connected me with her team. I was then transferred to the head of product and the product design director. I mainly communicated with them.

Lizard Global successfully helped me visualize my idea by creating the agreed-upon screens. They also provided their input to build my idea into a more complete business case. We will use their work for the actual mobile app development. Overall, it was a great experience, and everyone performed well.

How did Lizard Global perform from a project management standpoint?

Lizard Global knew my budget from the beginning and was great at incorporating the essential project tasks into it. They were also on time with the project deadlines. It was all good, and we had no issues. Moreover, we used Figma for project management and communicated via email, Google Meet, and, occasionally, phone calls. The team explained every question I had.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very agreeable people. The team was very kind and attentive in our discussions and meetings. I also liked their input. Lizard Global kindly expressed their expertise, explained that my idea was good, and even proposed alternative strategies. They freely suggested different routes to help us visualize the app.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there was nothing I experienced that they needed to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take your idea and delve deeper into it. If you have a great idea but aren't knowledgeable about apps, then read more about it. If you do this, the meetings with Lizard Global will go smoother.

This UXUI design and customisable features. Lizard were very proactive throughout the whole process and always went above and beyond to ensure every feature of the website was optimised. I was particularly impressed by Lizard's knowledge of the customer journey and ensuring that it was optimised in order for customers to buy more products from us. 

All of the fonts and colour design Lizard used were very appealing and was designed perfect for our target market. We are anticipating a large amount sign ups at once and Lizard made sure that the back end was configured for this and could handle the number of people we are anticipating.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we will not go live until the end of the month, we don't have the client metrics. However, we had a limited vision for the project and relied on Lizard Global's creativity and autonomy. This was a huge success, as the final product was exactly what we expected and more. 

The design and layout were simple yet professional, and the back end had limited bugs. Also, Lizard was always very responsive to any of our ideas or requests. They were able to map out a clear pathway to what we envisioned and were transparent about all the details and costs.

The project was delivered on time despite us making significant changes to the color halfway through the build. We were satisfied to see constituent progress being made throughout the 6 weeks process the site was being developed.
