Introduce your business and what you do there.

I was at the time Regional Director for Middle East and Asia for a multinational logistics and supply chain company. Now I am the CEO of my own business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Livvity?

We needed help with a team-building event to get our team together and find out more about each other.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Livvity organized a team-building event for us. The team also conducted personality and leadership assessments in advance to understand the skills and personalities we had on our team.

What is the team composition?

We worked with all three teammates from Livvity.

How did you come to work with Livvity?

We found them through a referral and a partner who searched for them. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they had a good proposal that seemed to provide what we were looking for.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in April 2025 originally planning it for a single day event. But it was such a great event and with such a solid outcome, we decided to do it again at the higher level and continue the new journey we discovered together. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the event, we noticed that our team was working closer together, understanding each other, and having more morale and better collaboration. Overall, the key thing was to create a team spirit and start them on a regional team mindset.

How did Livvity perform from a project management standpoint?

Livvity’s project management was excellent. We mainly communicated in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Livvity’s close working, positivity, and understanding of what we needed are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t think there was anything they could improve on.
