Initially, there have been no key deliverables outside of the requirement to boost our exposure; a job very well done so far. Moving forwards into 2024, we will be introducing a number of KPIs to monitor our performance, all of which will be reviewed regularly to ensure we're always getting the most out of Little Media Agency's skillsets.

As mentioned earlier, we had no set measurables to monitor against as the primary goal for Little Media was to boost our online presence. What we can say with assurity is that the positive impact of having the Little Media team on board has been fantastic. 

Despite growing our online reach prior to appointing the agency, the results generated by Sara and her team have dwarfed our own internal efforts, and are a testament to the expertise of the company.

Little Media Agency have always delivered what they say they will, and most importantly, when they say they will. I am in frequent communication with the team, and their weekly schedules and reports are always received to a high standard in a timely manner. 

Our relationship with the team has developed to the point where they very much do feel like an extension of our business, instead of a third party on the periphery. They are open to new ideas being suggested and are just generally a pleasure to work with.

In addition, we were focused on the construction industry, where we had our direct sales force approach in person. We've used them to improve engagement and target that sector on social media ahead of us going in person to try and lubricate our sales funnel. When our salesforce engages directly with the target audience, they've already heard of us and know our value proposition.

Little Media Agency is great in terms of scheduling. They meet their deadlines and even deliver much earlier than expected. Another great aspect of our engagement is communication. We have monthly video meetings, during which they give us summaries on what’s going on, which areas are stable and which need more pushing, and more. We communicate regularly through email, and they always reply quickly. Additionally, every time we ask them to do something, they do it very quickly.
