Lira has delivered great results, and we’re happy with the partnership. They’ve improved our Google Ads campaigns and grown our customer base significantly. We’ve seen a consistent positive trend as the monthly results have improved over time. We’re ready to increase our budget, so Lira can continue to bring in new customers.

Lira has outlined clear plans and executed tasks according to our requests. They’ve consistently met deadlines and worked within our budget parameters; they’ve been much more efficient than our previous partner. 

We’ve met weekly via Zoom to discuss progress, and they’ve been responsive via Telegram. Our customer manager has been very open and communicative; I feel like I can call them whenever I need something. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Comparing Lira to other service providers is like comparing apples to pears. Although they are a small company, they’ve successfully delivered results when other service providers haven’t. They know what they’re doing, and we’ve been most impressed by their team’s professionalism and expertise.

We’d love to attract even more leads, but that’s not an area for improvement because Lira has done a great job with the budget we’ve extended.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We did an enormous amount of work with Lira. First, we implemented an end-to-end analytics system, linking Google Ads and Analytics, Yandex Direct, AmoCRM, MailChimp, GetResponse, and B2B Family.

We then expanded semantic by more than 1,000 times. Because these directions always need to function, we are expanding target and near-target requests. They did all the keyword research.

We worked only with Artem (CEO).

How did you come to work with Lira?

We were researching general information about analytics and improving the efficiency of our AdWords campaigns. That’s when we found a blog post by Artem. We noticed his high level of competence in terms of PPC marketing and analytics, so we brought him in without thinking too much about it. We had a very productive and detailed dialogue.

We’d ordered an audit prior to the collaboration, but we’d already decided to work with Lira at that point. Artem was very clear in his position, telling us that he didn’t work with everybody, and he’d be deciding whether to work with us or not. That made a big point to us.

We started working with Lira in May–June 2019, and the collaboration ended around October 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lira did a great job, much more than we were expecting. Our cost per lead went down 2.6 times, and our cost per click is still constantly decreasing.

How did Lira perform from a project management standpoint?

Artem set the goals we needed to achieve, and we achieved them faster than expected. We communicated through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Artem was always calm and confident in himself and his work, which was a big reason for working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, but they should develop a collaboration with a CPA network. We see huge growth potential in this.

A director that wants to improve their company in a fast term should work really hard and constantly increase the efficiency of their internet marketing. That’s definitely one reason to work with Lira.

We began experiencing a 70% decrease in sales after the pandemic hit, so we asked Lira to help us get our sales back through a travel-oriented project.

We went to Lira for Facebook and Google PPC management. We used a CMS for our advertising copies.

Lira had a team of four people, but I was mostly in contact with the main strategist and the manager. They had more people involved on the analytics and ads side.

I met the head of their agency at various conferences. We talked about their projects at different events that took place over the course of two years. I started to follow Lira’s blog and Facebook page and discovered that they had very deep technical expertise. I knew then that they’d be a good choice for a complicated project such as this.

We started working with Lira in May 2020, and we stopped in May 2021. The campaign we have right now isn’t that big, so we no longer have a need for their services. We’ll surely return to Lira in the future, though.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was really satisfied with every second I spent with Lira. I would recommend them to anybody. I tested more than 20 agencies during my work as head of digital, and I wouldn’t spend the time to leave a review on half of them. 

The first great aspect of their work was how they say and do things without delay. When they promised us a certain launch date for an ad, they always made sure to follow it. Other agencies will find excuses when they can’t fulfill their promises, but Lira always had great timing, and that was critical for me.

Another thing of note was how their team had a concrete structure for every step of the project. They developed plans and did exactly as we discussed. We never needed to repeat anything twice.

Lastly, Lira had very good analytics and reporting. At the end of every month, they sent us a report containing all sorts of analytics and suggestions on which direction we should take to help us move faster.

Their project management was perfect. There were no missing parts on their side, and Lira’s manager always reminded me when there was something I forgot to give them. Whenever I had a technical challenge, they took the time to solve it for me. They were also very results-oriented. If we needed to make three additional steps to reach a particular outcome, they will do it.

The most impressive thing about Lira is their deep digital expertise. They really know everything that’s possible to know.

No, there’s nothing they could’ve done differently. I admire their agency and wish to work as the same pace as them.

Future customers need to know what they want to achieve from the partnership. Be specific with the number of leads you wish to get and the cost you are willing to pay for each. If you approach Lira with this information, you’re sure to get the most straightforward answer.

Lira is providing us with their PPC services. At the beginning of the project, they sent us a brief to which we answered with what we required them to do. I initially had a call with their team to discuss what we needed, who our customers were, and they provided us with a full plan and structure for the site of the month ahead. 

We use Google, Yandex, and Facebook as our main platforms, and they also help us with content strategy to achieve better conversions. We started in Russia, but have since moved to selling to countries in the Middle East.

Furthermore, they installed full analytics on our site and installed a CRM. Lira connected all the information in one system so we’re able to see all the data such as cost, leads, and the effectiveness of our keywords.

Artem (Founder) and Aleksandr (Project Manager) are my main points of contact, and there are about five people in total who I’m working with, including a salesperson, engineers, analysts, and a manager. Every week they send me a full report of what they’ve done with all the data. We have a video call after we receive their reports and they tell us what the plan is for the next week and month.
