What was the scope of their involvement?

Linnikov Agency started with trying to understand my business, who we deal with, our challenges, where we’re positioned, and the target audience we’re looking at. Then they designed the branding around that and did our logo. After that, Linnikov's team did the business cards and letterhead.

They’re currently helping with our digital presence, including our social media profile designs.

They’ve been very professional from day one; we’re an architectural community with other architects and firms who have seen the deliverables and asked about their services.

They also researched elements and designs of my previous projects so that way anybody who has seen my work can relate to the logo.

We have been cooperating with Linnikov Agency for a year. A lot of work has been done, and we are very happy with the result. The guys helped us to make product packaging designs, catalog, mini-catalog, banners for projects, and infographics. They are currently working on a brand book for the brand.

We like their creative approach and style. The field in which we work has its own specifics (art materials for artists), so it is always important to think through the smallest details. They are loyal to a large number of edits and their advice helps us to bring our products to the ideal. I would like to note the high level of professionalism, a serious approach to work and prompt feedback.

On the one hand I was recommended the agency Linnikov from my business partner, on the other I could see the reference and that was enough for me to give the job to Linnikov.

To describe the project in detail, it would go beyond the scope here, but I can say in advance that the work began with an extensive questionnaire, so Linnikov Agency could see which direction I am thinking. Then we meticulously discussed every single point, I was given many suggestions that we could ultimately bring to the result.

The team composition was good. From our side, my head of sales manager and I were present, from Linnikov Agency, the project manager and, if necessary, the CEO was present.

The result is phenomenal, we have created two excellent sites that will and must do your job.

Very effective because we both got a very significant result in the joint team

Their willingness to create something that didn't exist before is what impressed us the most. And of course the team spirit and the reaction time.

In any business it would be fatal to say that there is no improvement. Here, too, there is definitely still something to improve or, as I like to put it, to optimize. At the moment it is still too fresh to come up with a first suggestion for improvement.

First, they sent out a series of questions to really get to what we were looking for, and how to help us stand out from our competitors. They were then able to come up with several options to choose from, with examples of the branding materials across all formats. Then once we selected the option we liked best, they further refined it until it was exactly what we wanted and suited our needs. The final deliverables were graphics for business cards, letterhead, mailing labels, and digital files for our website, social media, and email.

Their ability to really hone in on what we were looking for was impressive. As such, they were able to achieve exactly the look we wanted for our brand with just a minimum of revisions, and everything was completed within a very short time.

We had an initial conversation about what we were looking for, and what our needs were. Most communication was through email and direct messaging, which worked very well. After the initial design process, which took a few business days, everything was completed within a week.

Their comprehension of exactly what we wanted was impressive, as was their ability to produce it quickly and accurately.

We really have no complaints or issues with how they worked or communicated with us. The project was pretty straightforward.

I choose Linnikov Agency by open bidding in Freelancer, and I found that Linnikov Agency was the best on their design, so I decided to choose it.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals, we received 3 initial designs for the main page on the site. Once we chose a theme, the finalized the design and provided feedback through InVision. They came back to us with design for our pages, including an update " Contact us " form.After finalizing the site design, they produced several illustrations, graphics, and animations to be integrated with our new site.

Their documentation was very through. Our developers were able to implement their design easily, and the overall look is much more user friendly. Site traffic has increased 70% and we continue to hear positive feedback.

The Project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We had both in-person meeting. Everything was delivered on time.
