Our main need was to solve ongoing site security issues. We were looking to get our Magento site upgraded to the most current version and to take others steps needed to ensure that we would see no more site security issues. We were also looking for a developer with general expertise in Magento.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were extremely pleased that our site security issues were eliminated after Linea Digitech's work was completed. This was largely accomplished through the upgrade to the most current Magento, but our upgrade process was fairly involved. The prior developer had used custom code that was dated and that wasn't compatible with modern Magento.

Communication started with telephone, but then quickly went towards email. It took a little bit to establish a good cadence, but then communication has flowed well. Typically, once a target completion date for given work was established, it has then generally been met.

We do feel that Linea Digitech has an impressive command of Magento. We didn't wish to change platforms, so we were looking for a company that had expertise in Magento and was willing to work with an existing site.

Linea Digitech provided all of the necessary aspects we needed to better understand our digital product from day one. This included the product scope to better understand how we would work together to develop our concept. This gave us a better idea of how they operated as a company before we even got started with them. During the ideation and concepting phase we utilized video conferencing to dig deep into what the product needed to be.

he goal of our project was quite small. Our goal was to understand what our product could look like and the overall cost to develop the MVP of our product. Linea Digitech delivered on our expectations 100%.

Kwebmaker began helping us with the many bugs we had on our Magento site. Then when it came time to upgrade to Magento 2, they laid out a plan with clear timelines, broke out the steps necessary, and the total cost estimate.

Kwebmaker helped improve site speed and numerous smaller issues we had with our site that significantly improved both backend management and the customer experience of the website.
