Limecom supported us with both content development and visual design for our DEI and leadership thought-leadership work. The scope included turning my ideas and research into polished, human-written white papers and industry pieces (for example, a “Diversity in the Classroom” paper and a DEIB strategy piece), complete with professional layout, data callouts, and branded imagery.  In addition to the long-form assets, Limecom drafted website and landing-page copy, email newsletter content, and social media captions designed to sound like my voice and clearly position my brand. Final deliverables were provided in editable formats (Word/PowerPoint) along with press-ready PDFs and social graphics sized for LinkedIn and other platforms, so we could immediately use them across our marketing and fundraising efforts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our long-form assets and branded visuals significantly improved our thought-leadership presence. After publishing the white papers and social graphics, we saw a noticeable increase in engagement across our platforms, including higher website traffic, stronger LinkedIn interactions, and more inbound inquiries about our services. The polished deliverables also enhanced our credibility with partners, funders, and prospective clients.

Limecom managed the project very well. They consistently delivered drafts and final assets on or ahead of schedule, and they responded quickly whenever I had questions or needed revisions. Their communication was transparent, organized, and proactive, which made the entire process smooth. They took the time to understand my goals and adapted the work based on my feedback without any issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was their ability to take my ideas and turn them into polished, human-written content that truly sounded like my voice. Their blend of creative design and thoughtful storytelling is unique. They don’t rely on generic templates — everything they produced felt intentional, customized, and aligned with my brand and mission.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Limecom could have done differently?

Overall, I was very satisfied with the engagement. The only area for potential improvement would be building in a bit more structure around how the content could be repurposed across different channels from the start (for example, a simple plan showing how each white paper could be broken into posts or emails). This is a minor suggestion, and it doesn’t take away from the quality of their work.

1. I hired limecome to do the website in 2006 or 7 I am sorry I dont recall the exact year. I am still using the logo limecom designed for the company.
2. In 2014 I invested in a restaurant and limecome designed the logo, the menu, pizza boxes, packaging and all other content related to the business
3. I am now again engagsed with limecom in 2020, they are basically helping me post on social media as in editing the pictures, uploading to the social media handles.

What were your goals for this project?

I basically designed all the packaging, menu, logo for the restaurant business.

Describe the project in detail.

1. The first project was very basic as in the website development and logo design, it is still in use although have changed development side from the 2006 time but still using the logo and branding done at that time.
2. The restaurant branding was very lengthy, we designed all the packaging, branding, menu. I remember I was inspired by Dany's restaurant menu which is a US chain and the menu we designed was on that theme.
3. The current project I am working on is basically editing and uploading of the products/posts on social media.
4. The 4th project we are in negotiating phase is about curation of products online from retailers in the US, comparing their local price in Pakistan, using seo tools to find the best product to sell and the best purchase price from the US

outcomes were amazing, the team has excellent aesthetic sense when it comes to designing.

very effective, we used to work long hours, the team at limecom were very professional and dedicated.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The best thing about limecome is that they have been very flexible with project requirements. Even if there was any change later on with the project, limecom didnt have any issues coping up with changes throughout project

I have been working as Freelancer since 2008 as Web Site Design and Development. My basic skills are Web Developer and upon different Design related work I hire Limecom.

I hire Limecom for all print media and graphic design stuff e.g. Logo, Branding, Brochures, Video Animations etc.

What were your goals for this project?

For different projects I had different goals, for example sometime I needed video animation, other time logo design and print media stuff. So I hire Limecom for all graphic/print stuff.

How did you select this vendor?

I heard about Mr. Tanvir the founder of Limecom from one of my friend who got some graphic services from him. I have had experience form different graphic companies but Limecom always gave super results.

Describe the project in detail.

I had many projects with Limecom but most challenging was a ex-plainer video animation for one of our web based project. After a number of meeting and discussion they picked up the concept and created a video exactly what we were looking for.

What was the team composition?

Whenever I hire them for a particular task they worked on it as a team e.g. If I need a logo Limecom provided us best logo options so they have different team members for logo designs. If I need a video Limecom has different team working delicately on Video animation, during video if they need some graphic work they use their graphic team. So I found very good collaboration in their teamwork.

It was amazing, Limecom always provided us with different options, they have questioner to take requirements which makes it easy for us to give them requirements and they execute efficiently.

Most impressive thing about Limecom is responsiveness, communication and they always come up with different options.

They always fulfill our requirements. so, I can't say anything about their areas of improvement.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m working on my own startup called Ctrl F12 Systems, which I’m planning on launching in December 2019 or January 2020. I’m working on a product mainly for web and Android devices at the moment but I plan on making an iOS app as well. I architected the application and everything, and now we’re coding it out.

What challenge were you trying to address with Limecom?

They’re dealing with the part that isn’t my specialty, namely design, branding, and social media marketing. I know my end of the business, as I’ve been working as a consultant for the last 12–13 years. I started this project recently and thought it would be much better if a professional handled the design work.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I asked Limecom to start with logo design and then tackle everything else. They came up with all the ideas about surrounding logo design, brochures, and how to market our healthcare product. There are others like it in existence, but we have a different approach and it’s relatively easier to use. The product is an Android and web app in its MVP stage. We’ll start working on the iOS version after the launch depending on the feedback we receive.

I gave Limecom vague information since I was reluctant to share the project idea with anyone at that stage. They understood the basics of it and gave me some website templates to look at. Their response time was quite impressive and they came up with unique designs for the brochures, business cards, etc., without using any copy/pasted elements. Limecom handled my entire branding, and they’ll be with us until the launch of the project. We’ll carry on after that with more features and such. We actually worked on two projects in one go: the branding for the company itself and for our first product.

How did you come to work with Limecom?

I met their principal in Pakistan and when we got to talking, and I found him to be very straightforward and professional. I didn’t require his services at that time, but I kept him on my contact list and eventually called him up.

How much have you invested with them?

I can only say that I knew what I was getting into when I hired them, and I’m happy so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

I pitched them the idea in June 2019, they started the work in July, and it’s ongoing. It’s been a good experience so far as they’re professional and experienced.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I didn’t have an idea of where to start from and how this would actually work since my specialty is actually app development. Limecom came up with ideas in no time, which actually gave us the confidence that the app would work. As a brand, we can really see it happening and that’s a huge morale booster. Limecom gives us continuous input and has remained involved at every step of the way. They have a lot of experience and a sense of people’s minds. They were also willing to make a logo out of any name I came up with.

As a small example, I wanted to have a plus sign in the logo, as it would suggest the key combination Ctrl+F12. Limecom told me that I shouldn’t consider that my users wouldn't understand that those are keyboard keys and basically changed my whole idea about it. Feature-wise, I gave them a list and they knew how to organize everything on it properly. They helped me rethink lots of things.

How did Limecom perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m quite happy with the project management. They’ve never missed a deadline and would let me know when my approach wasn’t the right thing to do, giving me time to come up with a better idea. Limecom also charged me accordingly and knows what the customer does and doesn’t understand. I had no idea that some things could be done in an entirely different way, for example.

Additionally, Limecom has consistently delivered within budget and they don’t waste time, which is a huge plus for me. They’re to the point and precise, and I can get in touch with them whenever I want to.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Limecom’s team is very responsive and will come back to me quickly with proper proposals, not just irrelevant ideas. If I tell them to do something in an hour, they’ll come back to me in 45 minutes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything at the moment that they could improve.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

If the client knows everything about what they want to do, they should tell Limecom upfront. If they have no clue what to do, they should just trust Limecom to build something for them. It will work. It’s as simple as that.
