Scope of Work:

The scope of the project was to revamp our existing website into a completely new, modern, and user-friendly website, covering both UI/UX design and website development. The project included redesigning the existing website, developing the approved designs, implementing the required functionalities, migrating the necessary content, and ensuring that all pages were properly developed, tested, and published live.

Key Deliverables:

1. Complete website UI/UX redesign
2. Front-end and back-end website development
3. Development of all required website pages
4. Design and development of 3 dedicated PPC landing pages
5. Content and page migration from the existing website
6. Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

The project successfully delivered a complete revamp of our existing website within the agreed 3- to 5-week timeline. The new website was designed, developed, tested, and successfully deployed live, with all required pages migrated to the new platform.

Their ability to combine creative thinking with technical execution was one of the strongest aspects of working with them.

• Communication and coordination: There were some communication gaps between the project management and development teams, which sometimes resulted in requirements not being properly understood or implemented.
• Technical execution: The development team could improve in terms of technical implementation, attention to detail, testing, and ensuring that requirements are delivered the first time accurately.
• SEO and migration: More attention should have been given to the technical SEO aspects of the website migration, particularly the proper migration and preservation of the existing blog section.
•  Proactive communication: More regular updates and proactive communication regarding technical challenges, pending requirements, and potential issues would have made the overall project smoother.
