We hired them for their digital marketing services. The goal of the project was to generate more downloads for our app and increase our business reach.

Life Designer provided us with digital marketing services. They ran ad campaigns mainly across Google and Facebook. Moreover, they did organic marketing on Linkedin and Instagram and conducted some market research to help us better understand our target market.

We were able to increase downloads for our app, but we could have been more successful in terms of growing our business.

We had weekly meetings, and they would send us periodic reports regarding the number of downloads and the regions where the downloads were made.

They could’ve done a better job of managing our Google campaigns.

To design and develop a learning management platform which will have coding content in gamified format to focus on K12 learners.

The platform will have 3 major stages - Foundational, Transitional, and Professional.

Within each stage, there are levels based on the mapping of learners from easy to complex.

The pilot program will be to design and develop an LMS platform for Foundational Level Grades 1 and 2 (ages 5-7 and 7-8) with the following modules:

Todate,tthye have been great but there is always room for improvement and focus areas would be scheduling appointments in advance , articulating the next steps in the meetings so that we can plan ahead

Life Designer is a cool bunch updated about the latest trends in the market. The team adopts faster and pushes us for approvals. Life Designer is proactive and exploratory in identifying the right and new channels. The team is also good with numbers, which is key for marketing.

Life Designer could expand in other strategic areas of marketing to give customers a 360° service in one place. The team also helps in lead vetting, so they could increase resources and give that as a dedicated service.

Life Designer's work has definitely improved our lead generation and the quality of the leads. We now get about 30–40 inquiries a month and very few junk leads. Before working with Life Designer, I was doing lead generation on my own, and the number of junk leads was higher.

We communicate with Life Designer via email, calls, and their project management tool. Regarding project management, it's a monthly retainer collaboration, and so far, everything is going on time.

I’m overall happy on how the website turned out. I’ve been getting much more website visits now. Would definitely be collaborating with them for future projects.

Project Management style : - it was very collaborative and efficient, with constant communication and feedback mechanisms. The timeline derailed a bit, but it paid off in the long run.

The team and their proactiveness was very inspiring. The whole process was very collaborative, and that made it a valuable learning experience for me as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Areas of improvement I would definitely would want to go for a custom developed website the next time. Other than that I think so far good.
