Our organization is TeleReach Corporate. We’re a virtual call center that does B2B lead generation and outbound calls. We’ve been in the business for 26 years.

What challenge were you trying to address with Life By Design virtual Solutions?

We needed help with our accounting reports.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Life By Design virtual Solutions helps us with three areas: operations, accounting, and recruiting. They have a team with different skills to assist us depending on our needs. Initially, we started with accounting. We then realized they could help us with more areas, so we expanded as time passed. 

For example, they’re trained to take our overflow interviews. Operations send out CRM templates, and they have to convert them to sound files. Then, they log into our systems and conduct the technical interviews. Regarding accounting, they do weekly reports, forecasting, and sales commission reports. They use our QuickBooks. 

What is the team composition?

We work with 4–5 people, including Genean (Owner & CEO), an accounting person, someone who does the templates, and someone who does the technical interviews.

We found them through a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve done an excellent job — their people are so sharp, and they save us money. We’ve expanded our original engagement because they’re great to work with. Also, they’re time efficient; we don’t spend much time training them, and they haven’t had turnover. Overall, we think of them as a permanent part of our staff. 

How did Life By Design virtual Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They nail it every time; they’re very consistent. The team works within our existing systems, including our Quickbooks, HR system, CRM, and Screen Share, so we know what they’re doing. We communicate via email, Zoom meetings, and Screen Share. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re an excellent company to work with. Everybody on the team is super smart and conscientious. They catch on right away and don’t make mistakes. Also, they’re invested in doing a good job — they do the work on time and communicate with us.

Moreover, their strongest point is Genean. She’s a great problem solver and strategic thinker. She follows our conversations and is an excellent project manager. Overall, she has a lot of relevant business experience and skill sets. Genean makes things happen and stays on top of it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, it’s been like a miracle. We’re so happy we found them; they’ve helped us fill in the gaps in many ways.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have standing meetings and constant communication. Also, map out your plans so everybody does it that way.
