One of the highlights of the current project is that they have helped us in reducing the CTC from Rs 13 to Rs 5 on Google ads. And improved the CTR as well. They give us a performance report every 15days.

The workflow has been good between both teams. When we had a little hiccup the team from levitation went out of their way to make sure everything was well and smooth.

Key deliverables include the production-grade API, processing engine, admin dashboard, and deployment automation.

We have a production-ready app that’s already used by many internal and known customers before the public release. Currently, we have 12 users. For accuracy improvement, there’s a feedback-based learning dashboard that we use to check. It’s an automated learning system where, if the machine extracts data wrong, we give feedback to the machine so that the next time, the accurate extraction happens. The machine learns based on the feedback. We’ve repeatedly tested this with multiple use cases, and the error has been reduced.

Levitation’s project management is awesome. Everything is well planned in advance and on the project management tool. We have daily communication and weekly progress reports. Our primary form of communication is virtual meetings.
