I wanted a simple but still effective website that could show case my clothes and bring in more sales

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was recommended Levitate from a friend and once I reviewed their previous work made my decision instantly.

We initially gad a video call to discuss what I wanted and ideas of how it would look. I was then sent across a mock up idea which was exactly what I had in my head to which they added my content. We then had a further video call so I could explain the changes I wanted and what additions I wanted to add (I.e Instagram being displayed) After a few revisions I was then presented with the final website which was better than what I wanted!

I had a project manager who was excellent at conveying my exact needs without missing anything. She was the middle person between me and the developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching I had a 600% increase in inquiries as I also got SEO help from levitate. Everyone that has seen the website has asle mentioned it’s good and some have used words like “sublime”

Perfect! Was all done via emails and video calls which was good for me as I work full time. The PM I had listened to my exact needs and even helped me by listening to what I wanted and recommending different/better ways of doing things

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The final product was WAY better than the price they charge I will 100% be using them again and have already recommended them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can currently think off however I believe if I was to recommend improvements they’d be receptive to the feedback

We were wanting a <1 minute video that we could use for social media and direct email marketing that featured our firm to those who may not have worked with us in the past.

We did a thorough discussion related to what our company was, where it was going, and who our target clientele were. The Levitate staff did a series of interviews with us regarding this, and because of this they were able to more precisely describe our function and goals.

We worked with around 3 different individuals, from the CEO down thru IT and marketing individuals.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Levitate produced a quality video that achieved our goals and expectations. Pricing was competitive and affordable, and we have been very happy with the end result.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a series of video discussions related to my company's goals and needs, as well as Levitate explaining what their process was. All went smoothly. Some transition issues initially between the CEO and which of their staff members would take care of us. Once that was resolved, the process went very smoothly and as they had described.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our personal, one-on-one discussion made me feel that my very small project was important to them. I appreciated that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were very pleased. Again, one small tweak with who was assigned to us, but that was resolved professionally and we were able to move on to complete our project in a timely manner.

This was a pretty quick process. Provided them our Mission Statement they applied it to their existing video, then tailored it to better suit our industry.

We have experienced and outcome yet but the video has only been posted on a buyer portal that we subscribe to.

My experience was excellent and I honestly can’t think of a time when the whole team wasn’t fast, efficient and professional. I’m very satisfied with the video.
